Description

The ESTATE is RIGHT ON THE OCEAN.

The two homes can accommodate 14 - 20 PERSONS.
The Villa + Cottage are situated on a PRIVATE 18,000 sq ft OCEANFRONT PROPERTY in a private cul-de-sac, quiet and secluded yet close to amenities.
The Villa can accommodate 8 - 10 persons and the Cottage can accommodate 6 - 10 persons.
The property features 110 ft ocean front with a breakwater and a deck.
Between the property wall and the breakwater is a small beach area which accommodates for sun bathing and/or kids to play safe.
The ocean here is not deep and accessible for swimming and snorkeling, perhaps to bring reef booties.
There are two sandy beaches close by, one is in 2 Min walking distance at the t-junction Eastern Road/Prince Charles Drive and the other beach is in 10 Min walking distance on Yamacraw Hill Road.

2 Min by car on Prince Charles Drive you find everything you need: our big Super Values Food store, liquor store, Pharmacy and Drugstore, Doctor's office, take away Wendy's, Domino's Pizza, Chinese, Gym.
10 Min by car or taxi (our taxi driver charges $30/2 passengers and each add. $3): Nassau down town, Bay Street, Paradise Island, Atlantis Hotel, Casino, Water park, Cabbage beach, Marina Village, the boat terminal for excursions, Bahama Diver's for those who want to go diving, a good variety of restaurants on East Bay Street, downtown, Bay Street, and Paradise Island from $ - $$$$.

If you don't want to rent a car our taxi driver is available as per your request with it's van for 7+
Maid service is available upon request at an extra $65/day.
Chef can be arranged.
Our property manager, Denise, is available 24/7.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
