Welcome to our Villa!

Set in the beautiful community of Orange Tree in Clermont. A lovely peaceful setting just minutes away from the local shops, restaurants and Theme Parks.

Location

Orange tree in located in Clermont on U.S. 27 approximately one mile north of U.S. 192 and 10 minutes from Interstate 4. It is about a ten minute drive to the main gates of Walt DisneyWorld and 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Other attractions including Universal Islands of Adventures and Studios, Volcano Bay, Sea World, Legoland, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are within easy driving distance. The Gulf Coast can be reached in 90 minutes while the Atlantic Ocean can be reached within one hour.

Orange Tree is equipped for the family and has a children's playground, tennis courts and Pickle ball courts and Soccer field all within easy walking distance from the Villa.

The Villa is peaceful and quiet; the perfect spot to relax after a day at the parks or a day off enjoying the pool and facilities.

There are numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets including a Publix within half a mile, a Walmart Supercenter located within minutes of our villa and all the restaurants you could need on the US 192. Golf enthusiasts can choose from the many golf courses in the area including the prestigious Orange County National Golf Centre.

If Mervyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
