Finished in early 2012, the cottages were built around a beautiful Zen-like waterfall that cascades into a peaceful pond. The full kitchens include black granite countertops, built-in microwave ovens, glass-top cooking with self-cleaning ovens and full-sized refrigerator, except for the ADA Unit which has an under-the-counter refrigerator. A beautiful "bed and breakfast", built-in fireplace, all wood floors, premium queen-sized beds with memory foam mattresses, TVs and free wireless internet will leave you with a feeling of luxury while enjoying the "real world".

Each cottage has a covered porch from which you can enjoy the towering trees and abundance of wildlife, including the not-so-wild deer roaming the area. You will feel like you are in a storybook "happily ever after" ending. In the evening, a short stroll through Patricks Point State Park to view the beautiful sunset over the Pacific will be a memory to treasure for a lifetime.

Units 4 also has lovely views of the water-feature. Parking is in the general parking area.
