This fantastic single-floor villa with a wonderful private heatable swimming pool (pool heating service not included in the price) with jet stream and newly refurbished with a very exclusive futurist decoration and modernly equipped, no doubt guarantees a really special holiday family stay.

The villa features high quality materials and counts on a cozy living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, parking facilities and a beautiful garden.

Air-conditioning is provided in every room of the villa. Its spacious rooms full of natural light, have been modernly re-decorated giving them a futurist atmosphere, accompanied by cutting-edge technology ( LCD SMART TV, and HI FI sound in bathrooms, living room and terrace).

Large sliding doors with direct access to the pool and the garden (200m2) and main bedroom with a large double bed. The second one, has 2 comfortable single beds. Both of them have been designed to offer the perfect rest after a day of sightseeing in Gran Canaria or sunbathing in Maspalomas Beach (10 minutes drive from Salobre Golf Resort).

Pool Features

Rectangular-shaped, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.

Late check in available and on request.

Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.

Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).

A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
