Nice clean, spacious house that is very close to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again in the future.
“Large, affordable, walking distance to down town & beach”
Being 6 blocks from the beach/down town/Tubb's hill did not take away from the fun! the house is very large w/beds up/down and lots of living space on the main (great kitchen). Great office area for those needing to a little work (stable/fast internet). Be aware there is no bathroom or bedrooms on the main floor - and the house is on a busier one way street (it was not too noisy - but kids could not play out front). Great kitchen with high-end everything. The owners were great to deal with - especially when my damage deposit refund was delayed. Thank you to the owners for letting us enjoy their home!
“Walk distance to everything”
This home is in an excellent location concerning everything Ironman. 1/2 from the City park and the beach. 7 blocks from downtown. Walking distance to the Safeway. The kitchen is awesome and has everything you need. And plenty of space for groceries. The house is quiet and has plenty of room, even for 11 folks. Plenty of hot water and if you decide to go out and eat instead, Capone's is right around the block. And the food there is good enough to be on Food Network's Dives, Diners and Drive-ins.
“Great family vacation”
This place is very spacious and my family and mt parents could spread out. The kitchen was great. We used the front porch and back pation every day. It's close to a safeway and places to eat and maybe 3 minutes from the main street by car. Our little girl made friends with the neighbor kids right away. Great place to spend a week.
The house was great. These people are wonderful to work with and very accomodating. We would recommend this house to anyone. It is close to the lake and downtown as we walked to both 4 days in a row.
“We had a fun and comfortable stay in Coeur d'Alene.”
This house is an oldie with sweet character. My family of four was very comfortable there. We easily walked downtown and to the lake several times. The kitchen was lovely and there was plenty of room for relaxing in the living area. The owners were very prompt and friendly in all communications.
“Great frth price”
Those an older home that as clearly been lived in. If you don't mind wear and tear, you won't find a better deal for the price.
“Great location at an affordable price”
My family, my sister's family and grandpa and grandma spent 5 days and 4 nights. Due to the # of people in our group we really wanted a house where we could spread out, make our own food, have areas for the kids to play and not have to deal with people on the other side of the wall. This house had plenty of room for everyone. When needed, the kids could head into the basement to play and watch TV. The kitchen is beautiful; however, we found a few essentials lacking. Due to the number of people we had to wash silverware each day to ensure we had enough the next day. The ktichen could use a few more pots, pans and cooking utensils to round it out. The house itself is older but the owners have done a great job with updating and providing the essentials. The floors are squeeky upstairs so for early risers that was hard. The house could also use some more towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, our stay was great. The location was awesome. Only about 5 blocks to the lake and Fort Sherman park. Great restaurants all around and Saturday night we could hear a local band playing and we could just sit on the front porch. Our main purpose for going to Idaho was to go to Silverwood Theme Park. It only took us about 20 mins to get there so very close as well. Definitely check this house out. It will provide you and your family with the comforts of home at a great value.
“Very Spacious and Clean”
We enjoyed our 3 night stay in august.. House was very clean, lots of space and rooms. Nice deck with grill and chairs, quiet neighborhood close to lake. Safeway grocery is just up the street. Kitchen had all necessary items..It was very hot during our stay 90's, the a/C blew very cold on main level, but didn't seem to reach the upstairs bedrooms so well..Everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again..
“Wonderful family holiday”
We had a wonderful family vacation in Coeur d'Alene with our two young children. Although older and needing a few upgrades, this house was everything we were looking for. It was very spacious, with lots of room for our kids to play. The kitchen is remodeled and beautiful...one of my favourite parts of the house. The yard is nice and fully fenced. Other perks: location, deck and bbq, air conditioning and the service of the rental owners. The dryer broke down while we were staying there and when we contacted them, they immediately replied and came with a replacement. They were extremely kind and helpful and I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for a great holiday!!!
