BAMBOO HAUS A 2/1 THAT SLEEPS 10 HAS A QUEEN PLUS 2 TWINS IN MASTER BEDROOM, QUEEN IN 2ND. BEDROOM PLUS 2 FOLD-OUT QUEENS IN LIVING ROOM, THE SCREENED PORCH IS A GREAT PLACE TO WATCH THE SUNSET OVER THE WATERFRONT. BAMBOO HAS A COMPLETE KITCHEN WITH BREAKFAST TABLE.

*** Lake Dunlap Spillgate Failure:

The Guadalupe River is the source of water for Lake Dunlap. Tuesday May 14, 2019 one of three spill gates failed. This caused the lake level to drop by 60-70 percent. This has caused the main body of Lake Dunlap to revert to its original Guadalupe River shape. We may be offering tubing & kayaking soon.

If you are coming to float the Guadalupe or Comal Rivers, they are a short drive (3 to 4 miles) upstream and are open for business. All other Attractions in town are open to include Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns & Wild Life Park, Landa Park & the Spring fed pool.

* Bamboo Haus front the main body of the lake, now the Guadalupe River and should be water accessible in a few weeks.

How do damage deposits work?
