Description

The Olive Branch Villa is set in an Olive Groveand has Panoramic views of Kalymnos and Pserimos as well as Mount Dikeos. Large balconies, Roof Terrace and well stocked garden - herbs including Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, Basil, Lavender, St. John's Wort - to name but a few. A fantastic place to either get away from it all and relax - enjoying the amazing sunsets across the islands. Or, to use as a base to see the rest of the island - 5 mins from the beautiful beach of Tingaki, 10 mins from Marmari and 15 mins from Mastichari and Kardamena and 30 mins from Kefalos. If you fancy a day in Kos Town it is 15 mins drive away and 3 mins to the local shops at Zipari.

The Olive Branch Villa is fully Licensed, has a Fire Certificate and Public Liability Insurance as well as the required First Health Certificate for COVID. It is open all year round - it has free standing fans in the summer and central heating (extra 20 euros per day) throughout in the winter from November to March (not that is gets cold here!). Most of the people that stay here come via Athens, Bodrum and Rhodes so it is easily accessible all year round.

The Olive Branch Villa is always kept in top condition - the outside colours are Greek - Santorini Blue, Minoan Red for the Pillars and White base. The Olive Branch Villa is built in the centre of a working Olive Grove - we produce our own extra virgin olive oil, soap, washing detergents and St John's Wort Oil also known as Magic Oil...... It has traditional furniture - a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room in the fridge!!!

The views are amazing from all the balconies - incredible sunsets over the island of Kalymnos - or gaze at the stars from the roof terrace through the telescope.

2. The top must always be secured when not be used

4. No food or drink allowed in the Jaccuzzi

Manos really enjoyed talking to you about where you had been and what you had done. The Olive Branch Villa is not just a business but it is also about meeting people and sharing what we have with them - even our oil, herbs, fruit and vegetables..... It may be a very large house but, quite often, it is rented by one or two persons as they love the views - the peace and the time to contemplate in privacy...... I also saw a falling star from the roof terrace and made a wish - from today there are supposed to be about 30 falling stars each night - a lot of wishes to be made.... Thankyou again.
