“A Good Group to book with for a relaxing vacation.”

Reviewed 8 Dec 2015

We booked with Jim and his company for a 2 bedroom condo at the Greensprings resort. First I will speak to the class act Jim is. It was a very easy booking, and on very short term notice as well, for the busy Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Check in and arrival was easy, and was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately we had out trip cut short due to an emergency. Because of this we had to leave two days early. This is where Jim really shined. He was able to get back to us the unused nights costs, which was a big relief when dealing with leaving a vacation early for no so great reasons. The point is Jim and his booking company was a great company to go through. For the condo itself, it was nice and on a golf course which was a surprise to us (I love golf). The check in like I said was easy and its a very safe and good place for a family. Not too far from Williamsburgs attractions. The only real gripe I had with it had nothing to do with Jim or the condo itself, but really that the staff of the timeshare office called 4 times in two days trying to get us to go meet with them about ownership. This became annoying as they simply wouldn't except a No from us. Outside of that the spacious condo was great for a family with multiple kids. We will use Jim in the future when traveling to Williamsburg.

“HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST RESORTS IN THE AREA!”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2015

Williamsburg was great. We arrived late to resort so we didn’t get to the opportunity to take advantage of the amenities the resort offers :-( (everything was already closed). Due to the resorts popularity/availability we only got the chance to stay one night. I used to come here with my parents as a teenager now I get to bring my children here. Its great that they kept up the place. The condo was very accomadating. Lots of space and clean. Cant wait to come back.

“Except for the 50% price increase, it was a beautiful place”

Reviewed 24 Apr 2015

I've written 2x to the owner, trying to work this out but to no avail. On the web-site (Homeaway) there was a button "get an instant quote" which clearly showed $99 in large font - for the one night stay. I was charged $149 and told that the instant quote feature was new and not yet working. I believe that the owner should have honored that $99 instant quote. The apartment was beautiful, the grounds and amenities, too. So, if you can work out the price honestly, it is worth it.

“Something for everyone”

Reviewed 4 Apr 2013

Most of the time you can always find something that you did not like about your stay. I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about my stay at Greensprings. The room was lovely inside and nicely adorned with things that fit into the era the room was modeled after. Things that needed a 21st century update, like the appliances and bathroom fixtures, etc had it and I had no want for any luxury as they are all here! The indoor and outdoor pool here was spectacular and having on-site golf was awesome!! The overall service Jim provided us was exceptional and the staff here was very professional.

Response from the manager Thanks for staying with us in Williamsburg Greensprings Resort! You should consider stopping back in the Summer... it's equally beautiful! It's totally uniquely different though... Call or Email us - and we'll make you an equally amazing DEAL:) Diamond Resorts Williamsburg Greensprings Resort... We appreciates your business:) and so do I! Cheers Jim Gioiosa

“Clean & Quiet”

Reviewed 20 Dec 2012

The room we stayed in was very clean and simply charming! It was sooo quiet and serene during our stay here!No traffic or commercial noises! The master bathroom was delightfully up to date with new counter tops, large tub and separate shower and the beds were amazing as well. We had a great time just exploring the resort the first day, the pool area is very unique and deserves a look even if you do not like to swim. The perfect place for a romantic get away! Jim was such a pleasure to work with and really helped make this trip great!

“An appropriate feel with the needed updates”

Reviewed 29 Oct 2012

This condo was nicer than our house- we didn't want to leave! The kitchen was fully stocked with large appliances and all the Tv's were flat panels. The beds...Amazing!! Better than Starwood Heavenly Beds. Diamond Resorts takes pride in providing great sleeping arrangements and we can vouch for that! We will be trying to find out where they purchase their mattresses and bedding so we can get some for our home.

““Wonderful place to Stay!!””

Reviewed 18 Aug 2012

The place we stayed at was a renovated one. It was a 2-bedroom apt with a fully equipped kitchen. There was a Master bedroom(king bed) with a master bath(shower stall and jetted tub), 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed with a regular sized full bath,a dining room and a living room with a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. We were 6 adults and 3 kids. They had extra linen as well. When we ran out of clean towels, we were provided with clean ones very quickly. The beds were very comfortable. If you have a request don't hesitate to ask the front desk. Monticello mkt place is at a 5 mt driving distance from the Resort.

“Fresh Rooms”

Reviewed 15 May 2012

The rooms were very clean and fresh and I really liked having a fully equipped kitchen. I saved a lot of money being able to eat in most of the time. It was great not having a view of other rooms and units out of every window. It makes it feel like you are in a old colonial house and not an apartment.

“Updated with a preserved historical feel”

Reviewed 2 May 2012

The inside of this unit made me feel like I was taken back in time to Colonial Williamsburg. Everything was clean and looked new but it still managed to retain a historical feel. The amount of room in the main living area was more than I expected which made it feel more like a home than a luxury suite. The bathroom felt more modern but I did not mind this at all because having a whirlpool tub was a dream.

“Nice and Peaceful”

Reviewed 25 Apr 2012

The inside of the unit was very nice and looked recently updated. Some of the furniture seemed a little dated still. It was was very quite and tranquil the whole weekend our group was here. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg
