This lovely 2/3 is located In the heart of Ipanema Beach in a great location. The apartment faces the General Osório Park, with left lateral view to the beach and right lateral view to the Christ Statue.

One block from the beach ( posto 8), steps from Subway, 24 hours food market, nice restaurants with all kind of food, bike rentals, pharmacies, Banks, movie theaters, stores, etc.

Located at 6, Jangadeiros St, #701, in the seventh floor, the building has 2 elevators and a door man from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7pm. The apartment is cozy, Modern, sunny, airy, very clean & very comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms ( one suite with king size), 3 bath, WIFI, Netflix TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Silent air conditioning with remote control and ceiling fan in the whole apartment and soundproof windows ias well. Automatic water heater in all bathrooms & kitchen. Quality linens & towels.

LIVING ROOM : Air conditioning, Soundproof windows, 2 sofas, tall table with 5 chairs next to the window, dining table with 7 chairs, 40"LCD TV with Netflix , DVD, portable CD & radio.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stove with timer & 2 ovens (one with grill), microwave, blander, toaster, coffee make & refrigerator and dryer.

SUITE: King size bed, large closet, 32" LCD TV with Netflix, silent air conditioning with remote control, sound proof windows, ceiling fan, a small lovely coffee table with 2 chairs and a private bathroom.

BEDROOM 2: Double bed, closet, ceiling fan, silent air conditioning with remote control, 26" LCD TV with netflix.

Besides the suite bathroom, there are two more complete bathrooms.

RULES: The apartment fits 4 people. Is not allowed to bring guests to sleep over, It's not allowed parties. No smoke & No pets. CHECK-INS & CHECKOUTS: From 8 am to 6pm. There is a charge of $50 USD for Check-ins & checkouts in different hours.

Getting around

Just in front the building it has touristic hop on hop off bus, also the subway station and transportation to everywhere. In front of the buildinh has also the Sundays arts& crafts fair with food and all king of arts. In frente al departamento tiene el bus turistico hop on hop off, stacion de metro y transporte para todas las partes de la ciudad. En la plaza en frente al departamento tiene todos los Domingos la "Feira Hippie", una feria con todas las classes de arte y comida tipica de Brasil. La playa se queda à una cuadra del departamento.El edificio es cercado por restaurantes, mercado 24 horas y feria de frutas y verduras .
