Description

Luxurious 8th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front vacation rental with incredible views of the Atlantic ocean, beach, and Port Canaveral. Beautiful kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, quiet Bosch dishwasher and filtered ice and water. This unit has new living room furniture with a queen size sleeper sofa and a power motion leather rocker recliner and love seat. Recently remodeled bathrooms.

Great views of rocket launches and cruise ships. Includes large heated pool along with shuffle board courts and putting green. Located less that 10 minutes from the Port Canaveral cruise, gambling, and deep sea fishing ships, 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and one hour from the Orlando theme parks (Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World...).

Wonderfully furnished, extra clean and comfortable with a 40 inch LED TV and blu-ray player with internet apps in the living room, pillow top king size bed, 55 inch LED TV and blu-ray player with internet apps in the master bedroom, two twin beds plus a twin size roll-a-way and a 32" LED TV with a blu-ray player in the second bedroom, ceiling fans in every room, VCR, stereo with CD player, pool and ocean toys, high speed internet service, washer and dryer, and one assigned covered parking space with plenty of open guest parking. Also includes a computer work station with an all-in-one printer so you can print your boarding passes or check your email without bringing a computer with you on vacation.

Internet and phone service is provided by Spectrum (our local cable company) and are very good with about 25 meg down and 4 meg up. Both WiFi and hard wired internet are available in the unit. Both local and long distance calls to the United States and Canada are free.

We purchased this unit because of the excellent views. It is on the 8th floor and all of the surrounding buildings are only 5 stories high - this allows you to see up and down the beach and to watch the cruise ships go in and out of Port Canaveral.

We also really like that this unit faces southeast instead of directly east because while it still has direct ocean views, it has the following advantages over a directly east facing unit:

-All of the rooms have ocean and beach views.

-In the summer when it is too hot to go out on a direct east facing balcony in the morning because of the heat from the sun, this balcony is in the shade and very comfortable. Because the sun is high in the sky during the summer months, this balcony is nicely shaded in the summer afternoons and is very comfortable.

-In the winter when people with east facing balconies have to go inside in the afternoon because it is too cold to sit on their balcony in the shade, you can enjoy the warmth of the sun when sitting on this balcony because the winter sun is low in the sky.

We also like that the condo has large rooms with a pleasant family friendly layout (the kitchen, dining area, and living room are open but the bedrooms are on separate ends of the condo).

We are located close to this condo and we check after the housekeeper is finished and before a new guest arrives to make sure that everything is clean and in good shape. You will not have any negative surprises when you arrive in your condo and if there is anything that does need attention while you are here, we will take care of any problems promptly. (There is a reason why we have many repeat guests, I promise that you will not be disappointed.)

The apartment was great. Had a good pool and was right on beach with a wonderful view of the ocean from balcony. Everything was comfortable and updated. Definitely will book here again.

Response from the owner I am pleased that you enjoyed the views, the unit, the area, and seeing a rocket launch. About the internet, when I do a speed test, I find that I get between 5 meg and 15 meg down which I find to be fast enough to surf the web, check email, and stream videos. I really have not considered that someone on vacation would need to do more than that. I have also considered placing a password on the router to make it more secure but some vacationers have really old equipment and they find that providing a password can be a difficult thing to do.
