“Very good”

We stayed at beach House Lembongan just 2 days and I want to say-it is fantastic! I am living in Bali already 4 years and I was in Lembongan almost 20 times. We usually come with my surf camp and always rent a villa. Beach house have a good location, close to the beach and restaurants, you can see very beautiful sunset in the evening and lovely staff always will help you if you need anything. For us they organized 2 car, guitar and even computer! Rooms are clean and enough big. Compare with another villas for big company in Lembongan island-it is the best one I think for these price. Highly recommend for everyone and definitely will come back!

“A Great Few Days !”

Reviewed 19 May 2013

We recently stayed at LBH in april for 3 nights. My family has never been over to Lembongan, so we had a very open mind on what to expect. The house was recommended to us by some friends who have previously stayed there. The island is beautiful. Lovely for snorkeling and sup (boards are at the house). We stayed in a group of 3 families, a total of 13 people and there was still room for more. Yes, the house is situated amongest a seaweed farming little village but this was all part of the experience. The locals were extremely friendly and it was great for the kids in our group (aged from 14 - 5) to see as it is so different to staying in Legian or Kuta. K1 and the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing seems to be a bother. The whole booking process with Josh was easy and "stress free". The lady who comes in and cooks breakfst (can't recall her name) does a delicious bacon and egg roll and pancake!!! (Breakfast is not included in the $500 per night rate - you pay her directly for what you order). On our trip we stayed at Legian first, then over to LBH for 3 nights, then back to Sth Kuta before going home. Lbh was a great break in the middle of our trip to do some serious relaxing while the boys surfed and rode around the island on the motor bikes.I would highly recommend staying at LBH with a group of friends or family as there is heaps of room to 'escape' from everyone if you need to, it's like staying in your own resort! Would be great for a wedding or birthday parties etc. We'll be back :-)

“Our new favourite holiday destination”

We recently stayed at Nusa Longbongon beach house with our 3 children ,we all feel in love with the island and the beautiful people . The house is amazing with great staff ,great location and the perfect swimming pool .My favourite spot was the cabana next to the pool with a fan cooled double day bed for me and my husband to watch the kids in the pool ,even had a shallow end for our 4 year old loved it . Wyan and K1 the house staff and manager were amazing they looked after everything nothing was any trouble , K1 even got my Chardonnay delivered from the main land when I ran out of wine. The house is the best it has so many bedrooms and TVs great for kids ,We can't wait to go back highly recommended for families or large groups thanks K1 and Wyan

“Unbelievable Response to Problems”

Reviewed 10 Apr 2013

The villa was nice enough, not old and relatively clean, the staff were friendly. It is near the beach in the middle of a seaweed farming community so you better like that rotting seaweed smell. We chose this villa because we had 5 young kids and it included: internet, ping pong, games room, wii amongst the other benefits. Well there were none of the things above. On top of that, the power was off for most of the time we were there and the back up generator is very loud and sits right next to the pool - like swimming with a lawn mower. Only half the rooms had a/C and two of those didn't work properly so half of us didn't sleep well. When I complained about not having the promised amenities, the australian owner gave me a $50 discount and then wrote a couple of unbelievable emails to me. These included: "Listen d**khead you were promised f*ckall!! Next time research where you are going" he also wrote "you chose to book with us, we never chose you" and "there is always one complaining d*ck head and you fit the bill". All of us were shocked - so I suggest if you are planning to stay here you should do your research... clearly I wish I had.

Response from the owner Firstly the guest had only booked for one night and they had booked the house the day before the stayed. Clearly the guest had not done any research on Nusa Lembongan As they were not prepared to walk, ride bicycles or motor scooters and wanted to have a taxi take them places on the only day on the island Lembongan does not have "taxi" so my manager organized a "Lembongan style" taxi ( on small truck with seats ) On the only night they stayed on the house the power was out so we used our back up 4 stroke generator but apparently this was too loud for there liking Just to get a clear picture I received the first email during the one nights stay claiming I had " promised " them ping pong and they could find any ping pong balls !!!! As usual this is a selling point of our house and I must stop "promising" that there will be ping pong balls there on the first night They also could not work out how the use the Wii games which was another email The air con not working properly was due to mains power not working on there only night so they didn't like the generator on so not sure what I could do but probably is a fair complaint but we can't fix things during the middle of the night on the only night they had stayed So after about 3/4 emails over what we could not solve and make right to satisfy the guest demands, I actually told the guest to leave this review and yes I may have let a F and D bombs go in my last reply as he was still claiming that I had "promised " him these "kids games " and then the power black out I did give him a $100 discount but this was not enough as they had paid about $60 per room and was claiming he had paid for "luxury accomodation " and we did not deliver. !! So I'm sorry for disappointing one night on Nusa Lembongan and all the things that you said you were "very disappointed " in, is most of the reason people love Lembongan for its raw beauty and lack of commercialized live style. Oh and for some other local info on the area for my unhappy guest is that they only have DONKEYS on Gili island for transport but you should have not worries with communicating with them.....

“Shipwrecks surf”

I am staying at Lembongan Beach House in january...loved the place and my son loves the pool too...great nice and friendly staff, K1 is a classic...and the neighbours make you feel at home...truly home. Surf cant get better at only 10 min paddle out...Shipwrecks is one of the best waves in Indo, and even in Jan is not as its best still pumps some 2 foot waves that are super fun to ride. I will be back x sure

“Beautiful relaxed beach house!”

Reviewed 8 Oct 2012

We stayed at Lembongan Beach House with 7 people including 3 small kids and the grandparents. We all loved it! The breakfasts were a highlight and all the staff were fantastic. The island itself is gorgeous too. We loved the view from the top deck. The cleaning and security guard were included and we were able to arrange washing to be done and in-house massages! We enjoyed the stand-up paddle boards. We will be back and we'll bring more people next time! The house is huge. The staff were even able to rig up a small pool fence for our toddler.

“Absolute Paradise”

Reviewed 21 Aug 2012

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children. The house catered for us all. K1 the caretaker was always available to do whatever was needed. We even had massages at the house. The children were happy swimming, playing darts, playing in the tree house or shooting basketball goals. The adults were able to relax and enjoy a drink. Top balcony provided perfect sunset views. We all enjoyed the SUP. As an expat living in Bali this is truly a perfect getaway destination. We can't wait to return.

“Great facilities, great staff, great vacation!”

Reviewed 6 Aug 2012

Stayed here with a group of 12 for 4 nights and we couldn't have been happier with the house. It was so spacious and even had extra room to spare! The swimming pool is the best and we spent hours upon hours out on the upper deck as well. Best sunset spot on the island. The house manager is very helpful and can assist in arranging anything you need; scooters, surfboards, snorkeling, scuba, meals, etc. Absolutely wonderful island and a great accommodation!

“Mckenzie family”

Reviewed 13 Jul 2012

We spent three weeks in and around Bali at the start of July. We travelled with three other families and all agreed that the week on Lembongan at the beach house was the high light of our trip, from the kids to the parents. Your own private resort would better describe the experience with all you needs and requests catered for by k1 the manager who is never far away and Wyan your cleaner who is on site each morning. Their is even security not that I think you would ever need it. Heaps to do for everyone, we all hired bikes (motor scooters) to explore the island and visit the many places to eat. Food was great, surfing, snorkelling and fishing excellent. Prices on the island very affordable and the locals very friendly. Defiantly comming back.
