Welcome to Riverside in the tranquill golden vale of Ireland. A beautiful two storey farmhouse, lovingly restored with all the modern conveniences situated on the banks of the River Funcheon, renowned for its trout and salmon fishing. Unwind and revigorate in our new and restored ensuite bedrooms. Relax and spoil yourself in our new heated swimming pool. Friendly family atmosphere. Sports facilities include riding school 500 yards from the house, Golf courses within 6 miles, a river walk, tennis court 4 miles away, a beautiful castle, Monastery, restaurant and pubs within 2 miles. The B&B consists of 2 large double rooms ensuite with king-sized bed. A very big family room which actually consists of 2 connected rooms measuring 380 square feet (approximately 38 square metres) with 3 double beds. We also have 2 single bedrooms. The house can accommodate groups of up to 12 people.

Your hosts are excellent musicians & singers round the fireside. See you soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liam (the owner) a message.

If Liam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
