Stylish 4 Bedroom 2 bath with spa, short stay close to Perth city and walk to cafe strip and parks.

Our 4 bedroom 2 bath holiday house has all the comforts of home, a Chefs Kitchen with granite tops, ensuite with spa and shower, second bathroom with bath and shower, stylish furnishings throughout, entertainment area outdoors and landscaped gardens.

Fast wireless internet broadband is available and free.

Fully ducted reverse cycle Air-conditioning will ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay and there is linen and bedding provided.

Our stylish outdoor area with reconstructed Australiana outhouse and BBQ will ensure you enjoy the outdoors during your stay.

Centro Perth Short Stay has participated in the BBC program "Wanted Down Under" for a family considering emigrating to Perth.

Our property sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably, with the following bedding configuration:

A single Fold a Bed is available for additional cost/night/guest

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
