Description

Casa Veranera is a beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom house is just two blocks to the Playa Grande beach, you can hear the ocean when sitting on the porch, watching hummingbirds and butterflies flying around the tropical flowers planted right in front of the house or relax by the pool. The house is furnished with custom made teak furniture.

The road from San Jose or Liberia airport is paved all the way to the house, no need for all terrain rental car!

Upstairs is a large bedroom with king-size bed, bunk bed ( twin bed on top and full bed on bottom), teak ceiling and a private bathroom with his and hers sink, walk-in shower, private toilet, and jacuzzi tub. This bedroom opens up to the private upstairs porch where you can enjoy beautiful sunset relaxing on the oversized daybed or watch rain coming down in green season.

Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in closet, ceiling fan, and A/C unit.

The kitchen has a granite countertop and is equipped with stainless steel fridge, gas range with 5 burners and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, food processor, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware and all you might need for cooking.

The dining room has a beautiful round teak table with 6 chairs and connects the kitchen with the living room.

The living room is spacious with two reclining chairs, two sofas, an oversized table, and 43inch LG TV.

For families traveling with babies and small kids, we have pack'n'play, Fisher Price booster chair, travel or inflatable bathtub, UVA/UVB beach tent and Peg Perego Si stroller available.

The house has a brand new easy-to-use state-of-the-art security system with integrated smoke detectors and an automatic dialer for immediate response. A safe for personal valuables is also available in the master bedroom. In addition to the security system, this house has decorative security bars on windows and upstairs porch doors and the whole property has a security wall around.

The parking is for up to 3 cars is right in front of the house behind the fence. Also, the tourist police station is only one block away as well as The leatherback turtle station where you can book night tour and see one of these beautiful giants nest on the beach during the nesting season ( October - March ).

Once in Playa Grande you can explore the beautiful beach on foot, rent a bike, book a horseback ride or explore other beaches by car or by hiring a driver. I can help you to get in touch with private drivers, Manager of Budget rental car or local surf shop where you can rent bikes and surfing gear.

House rules

Please turn off the A/C when not using them or leaving the house, it takes just few minutes to cool of the house especially if you have the ceiling fans on.

There wa a shortage of water in Costa Rica in past couple of years so please be cautious when running diswasher, washing machine and taking showers.

The house has security system so turn it on when not in the house and at night. There is a security safe as well where you should keep all your valuables when not using them.

How do damage deposits work?
