PLEASE NOTE: We are taking extra care to clean and sanitize this apartment due to COVID-19.

This new, modern 1000Square Foot walkout garden suite has everything,including bicycles! It is new and furnished in modern style with leather furniture, gas fireplace, audio/visual system - 55” 4K Smart TV, and high-end surround sound system. The kitchen has all new appliances and is completely outfitted. The private, covered patio has a year round BBQ and patio furniture. You'll find the bedroom a dream, with a kingsize bed and large closet. The bathroom has a heated tile floor, two sinks, a large shower and separate tub.The off-street parking and private entrance to the suite will make you feel at home. A wonderful getaway that is suitable for one person or couple. Non smokers only, please. All previous guests have given rave reviews. Close to Royal Roads University, Victoria General Hospital and CFB Esquimalt. We have bicycles and helmets available for those interested.

We recommend that our guests have a car. Alternatively, there is bus service to downtown every 15 minutes. The walk to the bus stop is about 10minutes.

We will greet you on your arrival and get you settled in with instructions on how everything works. Don’t worry - if you forget something, we are right upstairs! We can help you with directions and suggestions, and there are lots of maps and flyers on things to do, walking and cycling maps, etc, in the apartment, for your use.

How do damage deposits work?

If Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
