Description

The Villa, a typical C19th country residence, is part of a rural complex originally begun in medieval times and successively added onto over the centuries.

It has its own private garden and pool (open from 1 May – 30 Oct) and is great for families or groups of friends holidaying together. Everyone can have their own privacy in the spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, but all can get together for meals in the huge kitchen & dining room or the poolside dining area in the garden.

All the main cities of Tuscany are within easy distance ; Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa and Volterra, with their sights, museums, shops etc. ...and don't forget The Mall and Prada fashion outlets at nearby Figline.

The Chianti area itself is all around you . Explore the medieval towns and castles of Greve in Chianti, Radda, Castellina, Gaiole and many more. Enjoy the food and of course the wine. In our own cellars enjoy tasting the wine made from the grapes you see out of your windows !
