Description
Open-plan apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on the ground and lower ground floors of a building restored in 2010. Note there is no door separation between rooms, except for the bathrooms. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.
On the ground floor is the living area with 4 large windows, 2 sofas, central table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which is also open-plan. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with 2 single beds. Between them is the second, separate, bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located right next to Santa Catalina church and "El Rinconcillo", famously the oldest tapas bar in Seville with a history dating from 1670. There is public parking just few steps away from the apartment.

It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors, as well as disrespect the community rules. When signing the present document the guest accepts the conditions, exonerating the legal owner of the apartment of all responsibility.
