“Fabulous accommodation in a great central location”

Excellent apartment - very light, bright with plenty of space and most amenities you might need. Great location if taking teenagers wanting a bit of independence as the area is easy to navigate, with plenty to do on the doorstep and a good safe area. Great places to eat, drink and shop nearby and not too far to walk to the cathedral etc. One of best tapas bars in Seville, Eslava is about 5mins from the flat - would thoroughly recommend. Great apartment, fabulous city, gorgeous weather, food and architecture... a brilliant city break holiday, would recommend.

Lovely, modern, quiet, airy apartment with two bedrooms that have en suite baths, and another bedroom with a full bathroom nearby. Well stocked kitchen. Roof deck with pool a real plus in hot Seville, even in October! We were concerned that the location might be too off center. Not the case! Great neighborhood with restaurants and shops, and walking distance to the more touristy areas. Owners/managers very responsive to minor issues, rectifying them immediately.

We hired this apartment and two others in the same block for my Sisters Hen party. 14 women of all ages! We had a fantastic time, the apartment was just what we needed, good location within walking distance of everything, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment had everything we needed, linen, towels and we even cooked in one night. The service from Veo was very good and they very quickly responded to emails and and questions I had. I would highly recommend this apartment for a group, great space, fantastic roof and pool to cool off - where we could even see the wonderful fireworks of the 'Feria de abril de Sevilla.' Seville is a beautiful city and this apartment makes it easy to see it all!

Wir haben den aufenthalt in Sevilla sehr genossen. Besonders die exzellente Dachterrasse sowie die geräumige Küche und die komfortablen Schlafzimmer sprechen für dieses appartement. Die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen, es war wirklich wunderschön und hat allen 6 Gästen sehr gefallen!

Pros: Couldn't ask for a better location in a v. safe neighborhood. Beautiful, modern apartment with lovely rooftop pool/terrace. V. friendly, responsive owner/manager quick to resolve the one initial v. small issue---no automatic coffee maker, which we purchased and, for which, she cheerfully reimbursed us. Comfortable living space (see minor bedroom/bath deficiencies below), well-appointed kitchen. Located on a v. quiet side street, yet steps from everything Seville has to offer. Specialty food markets within 1 block. Beautiful rooftop terrace with pool. Parking garage located 2 blocks away---street parking is free, but is hit or miss, as is the case in nearly all european cities. We were fortunate enough to nab a spot within 1/2 a block from the apartment and held on to it like grim death since we didn't need to move the car for the first 4 days of our stay. Only had to use the garage for 1 night. Cons: stairwells need handrails for safety. Upper bathrooms had no towel bars or soap/shampoo receptacle in the shower. Upstairs bedroom lacked anything for storing clothing---no closet, dresser, or shelves in the room. We mentioned this to the owner when leaving, so I'm certain she has added those things. Aside from those small items, this was the perfect apartment for our stay in Seville. I will definitely rent the place in the future.
