Cassini Beach House is a brand new architecturally designed property. The 2 storey property has been designed to take in extensive sea views over the safe, sandy beach. All the furnishings and fittings have been chosen to appeal to the most discerning traveller. The property is flexible and caters perfectly for families, couples and groups of friends seeking a relaxing, comfortable holiday experience. Guests will enjoy european appliances, Bose sound system, King and queen sized beds, original art works, custom made designer furniture and three separate outdoor areas for entertaining, relaxing, nature watching or just enjoying the magnificent vista.
Cassini Beach House has the highest quality furnishings and fittings to ensure guests are comfortable and feel totally at home.
The main living area has floor to ceiling glass doors and windows which overlook Island Beach and Eastern Cove, a flat screen television, Bose sound system and ipod dock. There is a jetmaster fire for cosy winter nights and airconditioning for warmer days. The modern kitchen has european appliances, stone benchtop, dishwasher and an additional fridge.
The master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite both overlook the beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed, adjacent bathroom and a windowseat for quiet moments enjoying the sea views.
There are two decks on the upper floor so that at all times guests can enjoy the outdoors, whether dining, reading or just relaxing.
Downstairs is another living area with flatscreen television, DVD player and an adjoining kitchenette for additional convenience and a patio area with sea views.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom with queen bed and one with twin single beds and a bunk room sleeping two.
Cassini Beach House is located on DeCoudie Drive, locally known as Millionaires Row; enjoying unrestricted views and access to the beach. The beach is sandy and safe, perfectly suited to children. The house is only a 25 metre walk to the beach.
The property is approximately 15 minutes drive from the ferry at Penneshaw or 40 minutes from Kingscote airport. Full directions and general information are provided to guests.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.
If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
