Description
Beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo overlooking lagoon on Kiawah Island, SC. Eight minute walk from beach and poo (closed due to virus) .l. Five golf courses, including The Ocean Course, home of 2022 PGA. Number one rated tennis program. Twenty minute drive to Charlestown. Full master bedroom and bathroom with king size bed with picture window overlooking lagoon. Second bedroom with two single beds and bath. Full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Ten miles of beach and thirty miles of bike/running/hiking trails. End unit on second floor with high ceilings and screened-in deck overlooking lagoon where you will see alligators, herons and egrets. Island is a wild life sanctuary. Five star reviews with many return guests. This is a pet free villa. Two parking spaces.
Review: October 20, 2014-We had a delightful, relaxed getaway on Kiawah Island. The island is an incredibly ecologically-planned paradise. Art was a most helpful and always available host. He kept in contact with us before and during our stay, sending very thorough driving and check-in directions, events to consider while we were on Kiawah, easiest way to the beach, and other details about the amenities of the area. The condo was completely comfortable, attractively decorated and well-equipped. It felt like home! The screened deck was a perfect place to enjoy wildlife on the lagoon, including birds and alligators. We were very pleased with this lovely vacation spot!

· We had a great time on Kiawah Island. We enjoyed our stay in your condo and had a wonderful time biking, kayaking and swimming. The weather was perfect and we saw the alligators and dolphins. We hope to return at some time in the future.
My wife and I had a great time staying on Kiawah Island at 5508TC Villa. We were in town for a wedding on the island and it was situated very close to all the events for the weekend, which was perfect for all our needs. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, sending us great information on the island including a packet of info in the mail about upcoming events and things to do in the area, along with clear driving directions and where to pick up the keys. It was a great personal touch and we enjoyed having his notes and highlights. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the porch over looking the lagoon. I would highly recommend the condo for anyone interested!
We had a great vacation. We will definitely plan to refer to others. July 2014

“Great location/friendly host”
We loved the Turtle Cove location as a place to explore Kiawah. We were close to the beach and the Sanctuary. We loved biking all over the island!
