“Superb location, stunning views, very comfortable and tranquil”
This villa is maintained to a meticulous standard. We stayed there during July 2012 with a family of 6 people and found the villa to be very comfortable. It is of classic Greek design with a high standard of finishes. It overlooks the Mediterranean and the views from the house and the outdoor areas are both stunning and peaceful. Apart from a rarely used house next door, the nearest houses on one side are 200 metres away and on the other side it is very low bushes to the Bay and across the Bay to the village of aliki where you can find all the shops you need. We lived by the infinity edge pool and occasionally used the snorkels and masks to go swimming in the crystal clear sea. We paid the daily maid a little extra to cook us some lovely Greek meals. There is a small collection of Dvds that was great for the kids. There are good running paths along the coast and there is a small mountain to climb in the centre of the island. Naousa is about 20 mins drive away and it has some great restaurants tucked away in the lanes. The thing we loved most about this villa is that it is located 'away from it all' and is very private but within 20 mins we could be in Naousa if we wanted a large choice of restaurants and shops. We mad much use of the telescope to gaze at the moon and the stars, once the kids worked out how to use it.
“Location, location, location!”
I stayed at this property with a group of friends for five days in July-August. We were specifically looking for a house because we wanted a comfortable stay. The house was very close to the airport (two tiny planes per day) and around 20 minutes from Parikia, the seaport. The thing we appreciated the most with this home was the location. The property was no more than 300ft away from the seafront, which although rocky, was perfect for a quick dip. The property also had a pool area facing the sea with an infinity pool and a bar area with a coal bbq pit and plenty of room to chill. The house had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was convenient when staying with a big group of friends. The bedrooms were on the lower floor and had plenty of space. The master bedroom was well sized and had its own bathroom, the other two shared two bathrooms across the hall. The temperature during the night, even without aC, was comfortable. The upper floor was the living area which consisted of a spacious, high-ceiling living room and a kitchen/dining area. The best part of course, the balcony. The view from there is simply stunning, both during the day and night with the moonlight hitting the ocean. There was also an outdoor dining area on the balcony, where we always chose to have dinner and drinks at the end of the day. The area was covered and it was fine to sit outside for most of the day. Since the property is on a Greek island, the road gets a bit bumpy once approaching the house. We didn't really mind, this actually made the house feel more private and secluded, even if it is within walking distance from the nearest beach and town, through a small path along the seafront. Although not for those on a tight budget, considering the amenities, the location, the view and the pool, it was a good value choice.
“Villa Review 2011”
I have spent my holidays in 2011 in this Villa. The setting is beautiful, with spectacular views to the sea, the coast and the closeby islands. The villa is modern and you feel home from the first moment. As I like to cook, the kitchen is as well very good equipped. There are also beautiful exteriors with terraces and a great pool with the view to the sea. Although the island of paros is very interesting with old villages, beautiful landscape and romantic beaches, I mostly like to stay at the beautiful villa.
“Luxurious Escape in the aegean”
You think places like this only exist in movies. Right on top of the beach, with a pool leveled with the horison, all the comforts one could expect of a luxurious estate, one would believe it is too good to be true, yet from the moment you step foot to the property you are relieved to see it lives up to its online description. Enchanting location and a magical destination overall, definitely a place to return to and certainly recommended for families or group of friends or couples, that want to get a taste of what the reknowned greek islands are all about. Thank you for a wonderfull vacation!
One of the best places I've ever been. The situation is ideal, a short 5 minutes walk is sufficient to reach the beach, but you can enjoy the sea just in front of the house too. The swimming pool is more than beautiful , the color of the water changes according to the color of the sea! The most important, the view!! The sea views offered in the photos are more than real. It is impossible to capture in a photo what you see from there. The house offers all the necessary amenities that you require. Quite but not isolated, 10 minutes' walk to a beautiful village where you can shop or dine by the sea. The housekeeper cooked for us and you should ask her to. We have been there twice, one time in spring and of course summer time and I cannot choose what period we loved most.
“Extremely relaxing but also thrilling”
The villa is located at a heavenly area of a beautiful island of Greece. The experience was one of a kind because Paros is a very cosmopolitan island where one can have a great time but at the same time enjoy the peace of mind when that is needed by staying to that wonderful villa. he amenities where more than excellent and the balcony has the most magnificent view. I would recommend it to any kind of target group, being family or a group of young adults, that want to have a great time in an exotic location.
“Superb, beautiful and relaxing”
We loved this villa. Quite isolated and very private and yet close to two beautiful beaches. Gorgeous views, great pool - the kids loved it. Also only a short drive from a delightful fishing village with fresh seafood and a string of waterfront tavernas. Cant wait to return!!
