The apartment ensures COMPLETE PRIVACY and comfort, which is needed now in this strange times.
Sea view apartments are situated in Cavtat, only 350 meters away from beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, hotels and coffee bars. The Old town Dubrovnik is only 15km away and it is good connected via coast as via the sea.
Cavtat is beautiful Mediterranean place, ideal for vacation what confirms the big number of luxury yachts moored along the Cavtat Riva. It is ideal for all those who want to use their vacation in peace and calm little Mediterranean place, but also not far away from all other cultural and entertaining events.
From our Villa you will walk into the centre along a beautiful coastal path. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way with breathtaking scenery. Cavtat itself is a beautiful town with a lovely Marina and its lovely to sit in one of the bars and watch all of the boats..
You are free to use nearer hotels swimming pools! :))
We have available this brand new APPT ( 70m2 ) in Cavtat which is usually for big family with kids , or 2 couples .... very confortable and spacious.
It is situated on the 2nd floor ( top floor- nobody above you :)) in the Villa.
Appt are for 5 guests as it’s with 2 bedrooms, but can be also for 6 GUESTS if they are with KIDS :))
It consists of 2 bedrooms, corridor , living room with a sofa bed ( 140x200 ) for 2 kids or 1 person sleeping, a bathroom with great shower, fully-equipped kitchen and big table for 6.
In this apartment there are 2 stunning sea -view balconies with a table and chairs ...
One balcony has entrance through the living room and second balcony has entrance through the bedroom.
If one of the balconies is in shade, the other is sunny at the same time.
1st. bedroom with a king bed 160x200
2nd. bedroom 2 single ( bunk ) beds , each 90x200 , and very comfortable for sleeping adults persons too.
In the Appt there are also: dishwasher, an oven, an iron, a hair-dryer, coffe mashine, TV , air-condition, free Internet access,outside grill, washing machine to use for free ... WiFi for free too.
Appt is brand new, very comfort and it's situated in very peaceful area but also close to all amenities. Providing a private parking lot for your car too.
The tourist taxes and everything is included in the price.
Appt has got a beautiful sea-view to Cavtat bay and Dubrovnik Old town.
Appt is near the sea, just 8 min walking down, but there are also grocery, children playground and swimming pools, near by if you like to use. All in a short walking distance.
Several restaurants, big supermarket, café bars, a fitness centre, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.
There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season. (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) .
We will always be at your service, ready to give you advice or a recommendation, anything you need to make your stay with us the most pleasant experience.
We also offer taxi services and organizing trips.
To all our dear guests who arriving by car we provide private secure parking.
You can use our transfers from / back to the airport on request for special price.

“Beautiful apartment!”
This is a lovely apartment and Marina is a tremendous host, so helpful with any query (and she baked a number of tasty treats!). We hired electric bikes (from Marina’s cousin) & they were great fun - and a good workout to get up the hill to the apartment). This is our second summer in Cavtat which is a beautiful harbour town with great beaches, restaurants & trips. I am still missing the spectacular sunset in the evenings from the apartment balcony. Thank you for everything Marina! X

“Just as good on our return”
Almost two years later we returned to a very warm welcome from Marina and Ivo to their beautiful apartment. Last time was just the two of us this time we brought friends so had the larger three bedroom apt. Immaculately clean, well equipped and the views are stunning- sadly the hill has not go any flatter but no matter you wouldn't get those views from the flat. All the beds were very comfy and we slept well. Kitchen very well equipped, large fridge and a freezer too. There is a great supermarket up the hill that has everything you could possibly need for a stay here. Breakfasts were taken on the balcony overlooking the Adriatic= fresh bread and fruit from the supermarket. The sun really hits the balcony in the afternoon and you have the benefit of a grandstand view of the sunset. Yes you are a little way out of towm, but the walk does mean you can have that ice cream, and not worry about it. You will not get a warmer welcome or feel more looked after. We hope to return again from time to time. Cavtat is a real gem.

“Super séjour à cavtat”
Appartement très bien situé au calme, proche du joli centre animé de Cavtat mais à l'écart de l'agitation touristique de Dubrovnik. Les plages et le centre sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, moderne et propre avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Cavtat et ses superbes coucher de soleil. Marina est une hôte disponible et attentionnée. Nous recomendons fortement Cavtat et l'appartement de Marina et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y séjourner à nouveau.

“Fabulous”
I've visited many countries but believe me, Cavtat Croatia is amazing and enters in my favorite top 3. The view from the apartment, the excellent accomodation and the very good food. This all mixed with very friendly owners who were always prepared to help us with tips for excursions, transport from and to the airport and from day 1 they gave us the feeling being home. I can recommend this apartment and espacially Marina for everything she did for us. In one word AMAZING.
