Description

Honeykiln Cottage is located in Middleham, Wensleydale, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales The 3 star rated cosy tastefully decorated cottage, with views over Wensleydale, has 2 bedrooms, and can sleep 4 people in comfort. The cottage has the benefit of full central heating, private parking, and has a pretty enclosed rear garden with a lawn and patio is ideal for families.

Inside the cottage, the lounge has a traditional open fire providing the perfect place to relax on cold winter days. There is a DVD, TV and a good selection of books, local guides, and games.

From the lounge, stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom at the front, with views over Wensleydale, and a twin-bedded room to the rear. The modern bathroom has a three-piece suite and shower.

The sunny kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine complemented with a pine dining table and chairs.

Linen (not towels) and all fuel (including a scuttle of coal and a basket of logs) are included in the price.

Children are most welcome but unfortunately no pets. Honeykiln is a non-smoking cottage.

“An excellent base, for a visit to North Yorkshire.”

We were visiting family who live in Middleham and have stayed in many cottages B&Bs over the years,this one is the best yet.It is in a fairly new ,quiet,on a very small estate.The cottage is very comfortable,with a private garden.We were greeted with a vase of flowers and a lovely welcoming tray,in this bright and spacious cottage.Although we did not have to cook during our visit all the necessary kitchen and dining requirements were in place. In fact it is a FIRST CLASS HOLIDAY COTTAGE situated in just the place for a visit to North Yorkshire and The Dales-You will not be disappointed.
