Paraiso Del Mar (PDM) provides luxury and a comfortable life in the middle of pristine nature. For guests with kids of all ages the calm, warm sea and the gated seclusion provide the perfect secure environment. There are no beach vendors to disturb your vacation. 

The sliding doors of our ground floor condo are the only thing that separates you from all of the attractions and amenities of this unique place. Our newly furnished, 1500 Sq. Ft. luxury unit features high ceilings and travertine floors. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with top of the line stainless steel appliances for all of your gourmet needs.

Each room has a private entrance to the expansive 430 Sq. Ft. patio, well furnished with BBQ for outdoor socializing and relaxation. 25 yards of lush green grass separates the patio from large infinity pool with unobstructed views of the sea and the gorgeous mountain landscapes beyond. A winding and elegant pathway will find you at the sandy beaches, which stretch for uninterrupted miles in each direction.

There is free shuttle transportation through the PDM community. 

Superior quality tennis courts and an 18-hole A. Hills’ golf course are mere minutes away via a free shuttle service. Highly qualified chief Pablo serves delicious food and drinks at the palapa pool bar. You may visit Pablo after good fishing and he will make an incredible meal with your own fish right away. 

They provide great poolside service there too.

La Paz, the capital of Baja Sur, has a rich history, delightful people, delicious food, perfect weather, and an easy-going lifestyle that welcomes travelers from all over the world. Despite being a full service tourist city, La Paz manages to remain the most "Mexican" of the Baja cities. You can spend a day wandering the streets, strolling the Malecon (Seaside Boardwalk) abound with shops, restaurants and bars. 

Then you can spend a day at the Sea of Cortez (dubbed “The Aquarium of the World” by Jacques Cousteau), which is the home to some of the world’s best fishing, sailing, boating and snorkeling. The uninhabited island Espiritu Santo provides fantastic opportunities to explore the spectacular marine life and is but a short boat rides away.
