Located in Cuesta Vinas, a small hamlet famous for it's naturally carbonated mineral water,this end Villa with pool and spacious terraces is just a 30 minute walk from the village of Valor.

This extremely well-equipped villa with pool, spacious terraces and fabulous views has been newly refurbished in a rustic style and offers the ideal location for a relaxing holiday for both couples and families. Located in Cuesta Vinas, a stunningly beautiful small hamlet famous for it's naturally carbonated mineral water, it is just a 30 minute walk from the village of Valor..The area offers a myriad of opportunities for walking, cycling and bird watching, exploring local villages with their Moorish architecture and plentiful tapas bars or simply lazing away your days next to the pool.

The spacious living/dining room forms a central hub to the house with all other rooms opening off. The comfortable sofas, log-burner, ceiling fan and air-conditioning make this a welcome space in which to retreat from the intense midday heat of summer as well as a cosy retreat for winter evenings. The wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and wii ensure children will be well entertained whilst adults relax indoors or out.

The kitchen is separated by an archway and is fully equipped with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Plentiful crockery and cutlery plus many extras such as sandwich toaster and chocolate fountain enable you to prepare anything from a quick snack to a lavish dinner.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with double bed and has french windows out onto an east facing patio/balcony which overlooks the pool. A small table and 2 chairs allow you to enjoy a morning coffee in this sun trap whilst steps lead directly onto the pool should you fancy an early morning dip. The luxurious, tiled en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, wc and wash basin is the perfect place to pamper yourself, relaxing into the hot foamy bubbles by candle light.

The second bedroom is light and airy, again with double bed but also having a single truckle bed under, should you require it. The family bathroom has a roomy shower cubicle, wc and washbasin.

Outside is a shady dining area, conveniently located for the kitchen, whilst steps lead down to the pool terrace which is gated to prevent unsupervised child access. Around the pool with its underwater lighting are sun beds with parasols, barbeque and a second outdoor dining spot. Why not spend the afternoon relaxing in the sun whilst taking in the amazing views, pick yourself a lemon from the tree to slice into a sundowner then linger around the barbeque until late into the evening?
