Right in the heart of Europe, Big Sky Austria, this luxurious hideaway gives you a sensational panoramic view of the Swiss Alps and the valley of the river Rhine down below. Located in the small and original Alpine village of Dafins with no mass tourism this residence is huge and equipped with everything you can imagine, from Pizza Slicer to espresso machine, from house coats to beer fresh from tab and also multi media. From here you can hike on easy and safe trails high up into the alpine world and besides that you are so central in Europe that you can explore 6 different countries within 3 hours of driving. It's like a 5*-hotel with the privacy of your own home. What makes this place so unique is the sheer size of the residences. More than 1000 sqft panoramic room with a spectacular view of the Swiss mountains and the valley far down below. Dafins is an excellent base for travellers who want to discover the heart of Europe in a relaxed style and who want to have a home far from home. Since we opened up, we've had guests from more than 42 countries from 5 continents. One issue some of our guests always ask about is security: Yes, like any other society, we also do have crime, the last one was fifty years ago, when Archie stole and ate his neighbors chicken.

As already mentioned, public transport is good enough for local excursions. If guests want to go farther, like into Switzerland or Germany rental cars or even cars with drivers we can organize.

We live here and we're happy giving you ideas about things to do in this area. Upon arrival guests will get a short tour of the premises and we have all the time in the world to answer all questions about shopping, sightseeing etc. We also help with rental cars, organize small events, like parties or excursions.
