“Spacious tranquil condo”
The condo was very spacious and worked well for 2 families. A nice quite location away from the noise of the beaches to the west.
“Wonderful stay with much to do. Wildlife was amazing. Large”
Best Location for the Cape with everything and more than you could ask for. Better equipped than our own home, the owner has a flare for the finest from the bedding to the comfortable sectional sofa in the spacious living area. We fished from shore, took a bay fishing trip, played golf and enjoyed the view from the balcony of the horse riders on the beach. Look for the deer between the Condo and Beach. To our surprise there were four "Big" bucks that grabbed our attention each morning and late evening. Pool is close, was clean and never crowded. Don't bother bringing games to play if it happens to rain in the afternoons, there are plenty that were furnished. Highly recommend for a group or reasonable enough for a romantic getaway.
“good place.little nosiy in condo very private”
Place was very well apppinted. Beach almost private so few people. Water was different each day. Pool very nice. Dollar General Market great place for getting supplies. Big negative is noise. We could hear everything in condos around us.no on site management so we had no recourse. Finally went door to door to try to find source of biggest offender a ball being bounced for hours on end. No confessions but it did stop. Others shared similar complaints.
“Even with Debbie and 15" of rain, life on the beach is great!”
The place was great. It's clean, updated, and roomy. Great location where you could venture out to Port St. Joe, Indian Pass and other points of intrest. Even with the storm we felt safe and had no issues. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Stayed in or around the area for 12 to 15 years and this is one of the best.
“Nicely furnished, very comfortable - great all around”
Had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay in a beautiful location. The kitchen was very well equipped (unlike so many "gourmet kitchens" that only seem to have one 8" frying pan for 8 people). The place was nicely furnished and decorated, yet very comfortable. I was surprised to be comfortable in summertime coastal Florida with a thermostat set at 78 - must be excellent insulation and wish my house was like that. The beds were fantastic; we meant to get the master Br's mattress name so we could get one for ourselves, but forgot, darn it. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. This made for a wonderful vacation for all five of us.
“Great place, great memories!!”
We loved this place! We had three young children with us and it was great. The kids loved the heated pool. The beach was quiet and uncrowded. Great for sea shell lovers. Dolphins swam up so close to the shore that I felt like I could touch them. The townhouse was really nice with great beds. Plenty of room for two families. Cape San Blas is a great small beach town.
