Description

Ballagh farm was originally built in the early 19th Century. The farmhouse combines with the outbuildings to create a courtyard effect. It was a fully working farm until 1982. You approach the development down a 300 metre tree lined avenue.

The 4 * farmhouse, and outbuildings have been tastefully restored , creating a perfect blend of olde world and contemporary. To the rear of the buildings is a car parking area, swings, slide, picnic area and BBQ all for communal use.

We have been given a 5 star award for excellence by TripAdvisor, ( see reviews ).

Ballagh Court is just 3 miles outside of the village of Clonroche, 10 miles from New Ross and 3miles from Adamstown.

Towels, Linen and Electricity are inclusive. Heating will be charged by Meter and paid for at the end of your stay.

Pets are welcome, a charge of 20 euro subject to approval by owners at time of booking ( we allow 2 small dogs or 1 large dog only)

The minimum stay is for 3 nights, ( any day start ) we charge 65% of weekly rate at time of booking.

We allow 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs. Please advise us before arriving that you are bringing any dogs.
Also dogs are not allowed to wander around properties. They are to be kept on a lead and to clean after your pets.

“Very comfortable stay”

We stayed in the Farmhouse. It is a lovely and comfortable house. Lovely comfy beds and bedding in both rooms. Great base for exploring Wexford and the surrounding counties. Richard was very welcoming on our arrival. Our only issue was the shower. It has quite a low pressure. But we still managed. Highly recommend for a great Base and comfortable stay.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
