Description

A detached 2 bedroom cottage with a bright family kitchen, on a family sheep farm in the Snowdonia National Park near Llanbedr, close to mountains, but only 4 miles from lovely beaches. Well-equipped with a large kitchen and dining area, comfortable sitting room with TV and open fire, internet access and separate spacious utility room with washing machine. Weekly rates are £295 - £495 /week, depending on time of year. To keep costs down, we don't accept payments by credit card. We manage the cottage ourselves, so there are no agent's fees, 'booking' fees or other charges. Please email us for further details. Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin, with a fifth possible on foldaway bed. Situated in an oasis of tranquillity at the end of a private road, secluded and not overlooked, in a traffic-free location ideal for children, who often enjoy playing Pooh-Sticks in our stream. Spectacular views of nearby mountains and amazing sunsets. Wonderful walks directly from the door. The cottage was built in 1970 and has a small south-facing rockery garden with patio table and chairs and sunny aspect – enjoy alfresco dining to the sound of the nearby Nantcol waterfalls which border the farmland and stunning view of our local mountain 'Moelfre'. Parking for two cars right outside the front door, garage space for bicycles if required. Internet is normally available in the cottage. The cottage has its own fully-tested private water supply, or guests may choose to drink bottled water. We live close by in the farmhouse, so you are assured of our prompt attention, should you need anything.
