Perfect for small groups of friends, or 1 or 2 couples, also with children, who want to experience real Italian life in the center of historic Lucca. This is one of the most amazing apartment in the entire historic center, located on the most beautiful street via Fillungo, in the absolute heart of Lucca. The apartment has its own tower (one of the highest private towers in Lucca), containing a room with large windows looking over the rooftops, with a terrace on top, from which the entire city of Lucca is visible. The owners are friends. The property starts on the fourth floor of the ancient building, and covers the next 3 levels of the building. Access is by elevator or stairs.
This is an amazing apartment! It starts on the fourth floor of a beautiful building, accessed by elevator. It is historically significant, with stunning views from every window. With its own tower and three outdoor terraces, this is a unique and fascinating luxury apartment. Decorations are lovely, with floors of warm parquet wood and antique terra cotta.
