Description

The views are breathtaking and the breezes are delicious. Come and enjoy the clean, bright space on the 18th floor. The three bedroom, two bath apartment with new linens and Ralph Lauren towels. Fully equipped kitchen with range, oven, microwave, refrigerator coffee maker,etc, though cooking is unnecessary with the many affordable restaurants nearby. The luxury building boasts a private pool and exercise room on its recreation floor. The excellent location is only a five minute walk to beach, has many amenities, including a gym and pool. Situated in the historic center of Porta da Barra. The apartment is a block away from the popular beaches. The historic Lighthouse and Fort just a short walk along the beachfront promenade. Grocery stores, fruit stands and bakeries line the historic streets.

The building is situated just moments from a taxi stand and bus stop for most of the buses the service Salvador. Everything is in walking distance, from food to shopping, health clubs to restaurants, and of course the beach, which is at the end of every street.

Interaction with guest

You will be met at the apartment by the manager, who lives nearby, providing you arrive at a reasonable hour, to go over the workings of the items in the apartment and the building behavior requirements. He can also inform you of basic things to do and answer your questions. He is fluent in both English and Portuguese. In addition, there is a manual for the apartment operations in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

How do damage deposits work?
