New luxury villa overlooking Spring Bay, with a wonderful swimming pool and stunning ocean views. Enjoy the sunrise over the bay, al fresco dining on a spaceous covered verandah or under the stars on a vast open deck in a tropical garden.

Bellevue Terrasse offers Caribbean living on two independent spaceous levels which can be rented separately or together, each of them with an individual covered verandah. With its multiple pliable French doors, the inside and the outside living space blend into each other seamlessly, permitting to relax in a tropical breeze and enjoying alfresco dining.

Bellevue Terrasse's architecture is based on the traditional tropical island concept of open spaces, surrounded by generous verandahs and covered by a spacious roof structure, as it is common in the Grenadines Islands.

Built by craftsmen from the island from a variety of local materials, the ceramic tiles from Italy, the enchanting alabaster lamps and the artwork from Latin America are all blending in in harmony.

At Bellevue Terrasse you will find a place which embraces tradition and luxury, always in consideration of the surrounding nature – by its choice of natural colours, the careful landscaping and the unspoiled local vegetation you can explore on several marked nature trails on the property.

Bellevue Terrasse was designed with child safety in mind. The swimming pool is equipped with a ASTM compliant safety net, which can be installed and removed easily within a few minutes. (Note: the small waterfall at the pool is presently under repair - sorry!)

How do damage deposits work?

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
