Set in the heart of Bali's rice terraces, Villa Abadi offers luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests in a stunning rural location, just 3km from beach, 20 min from Canggu and an excellent base to explore the rest of the island.
The lush gardens boast a swimming pool with sun loungers, sala with soft day bed - perfect for relaxing after a swim in the pool - water features, dining table and large gas BBQ. There is also a private decking area outside bedroom 3 and an upstairs balcony with relaxing sofas - perfect for watching the sun going down over the rice fields whist sipping a cocktail.
The interior is decorated in classic Balinese style, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, hand made open plan fitted kitchen, spacious dining area & double height lounge with large doors and glazed areas that really bring the outside in. The master bedroom is very spacious with 4 poster king bed, walk in wardrobe, sitting area and stunning views across rice terraces and jungle to mountains beyond. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable 4 poster king bed and views of rice terraces on two sides. Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor, has a recently remodelled en-suite bathroom with open plan rain shower, its own private access and decking area. The main bathroom, complete with custom made tuberose & spiced vanilla toiletries, located on the upper floor, includes a large Balinese rain shower and solid wood tops fitted with "his & her" sinks. The study/relaxation area on the upper floor looks out over the jungle & terraces.
We also have a double size sofa bed in the study and two beanbag single mattresses which can be placed in any of the bedrooms.
We have high speed internet, full wifi coverage and a new laptop & printer/scanner/copier for guest use. A complimentary mobile phone is provided for local calls with stored numbers for local restaurants, attractions and other useful contacts.
The villa is very well equipped for self catering. It has a fully fitted kitchen with gas oven/stove, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, BBQ and even an ice cream maker!
We provide a small welcome pack of provisions consisting of fresh bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk and bottled water but are also happy to ensure that any other items that our guests require are also placed in the villa for their arrival. Additional items are charged at cost.
We have a wonderful chef who can come and cook for you. He cooks a large range of east and western dishes and costs around US$22-35 for 1 or 2 meals (lunch, dinner) a day. Cost of ingredients is excluded and charged at cost. He is highly recommend!

What is included in the cost per night?
The cost per night includes tax, utilities, housekeeping, laundry, pressing, gardener, high speed internet, wifi, laptop computer and mobile phone for free local calls with useful stored numbers.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the cost per night however the villa has a fully fitted kitchen, we provide a small welcome pack of provisions and we can also arrange for our Chef to provide any meals that are required as additional service.
Hero our maid is also very happy to prepare simple breakfasts such as Nasi/Mie Goreng, pancakes, eggs, toast etc using guest supplied ingredients at no additional cost.
Are towels available?
The villa has a plentiful supply of both bath & pool towels for guests use.
What time each day does the maid come to the villa?
Hera, our maid arrives at 8am and leaves at 6pm. She will not enter the villa until you unlock to ensure your total privacy. She will work additional time, inclusive within our rates, for arrivals, departures, assisting the chef etc as required.
Is there access to laundry facilities?
Laundry should be given to the maid. She will wash, press and return it to your bedroom. This service is complimentary but dry cleaning is charged at cost.
Can you arrange babysitting services at the villa?
Our villa manager is able to arrange babysitting services. The cost is around US$4 per hour.
How deep is the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is 1.6m deep.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanne (the owner) a message.
If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
