All 3 bed rooms are Airconditioned and attached bathrooms with running hot and cold water also fans available for the rooms large living areas and well eqiped kitchen with all the necessitys satelite TV and a small swimming pool BBQ facilitys and direct access to the beach from the house beach is realy calm and peacefull no hasslers as it is situated in a bay can take a sea bath all year around . House Is 24 hours security and everyday cleaning included for the Price. Linen will be changed when needed .Although mentioned self catering We can provide breakfast dinner or lunch (HB) basis on additional 10 Euros per person basis.Menus can be discussed on interested parties.Easy access from the Colombo Wellawaya main road. 3 1/2 hours drive from Colombo Bandaranaiyake International Airport If you départ early in the morning. You can have easy access to public transport direct from the house. Kataragama , Udawalawa, Yala national park 2 hours drive. Rekawa turtels landing half an hour,. Supermarkets, Hospitals, Pharmacys, Banks, Police, within 7 km either Tangalle or Day trips can be done to Mirissa or Unawatuna Beach or Galle, Matara. Famous temples in Weherahena , Dondra, Wawurukannala, Mulkirigala or Kataragama .

If you are only 2 persons and no need the whole villa you can rent only one room for 25.00 Euros with Breakfast.
