Description

Beautiful oceanfront property at the head of the harbor. Bright open concept kitchen/living/dining room with abundant natural light. Two cheery bedrooms, with nautical themes and one convertible sofa sleep up to six. One and a half baths include a new stackable washer and dryer. A balcony off the living area and private oceanfront deck accessed by both bedrooms offer gorgeous views of the harbor and downtown Boothbay Harbor walking distance away. Comfortable seating and dining on private deck include a gas grill to accomodate oceanfront dining at its best. Walk to stylish shops, galleries, restaurants, kayaking, fishing and sailing trips. Private and quiet, yet close to everything.

The condo has gone through new renovations including a new stove, dishwasher, counter tops and sink for the kitchen. In addition a deep water mooring and floating dock has been installed and lastly the interior has a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire upstairs and lower level.

Response from the owner I am so sorry your experience was not pleasant. I am the owner and my daughter was the property manager last year. Had you contacted me I could have resolved these issues. This year we are putting in new overhead lighting, and completely renovating the kitchen with new refrigerator, stove, counter tops, sink and the pedestal sink in the first bath is replaced along with new calking in the shower. Unfortunately, if you can feel my pain, I pay over $900/month on my daughter's student loans for the business degree she is now using to be a cocktail waitress! The renovations are still under way and perhaps when they are done you can view the pictures and see I did acknowledge your comments and have done everything possible to improve the place so nobody has a bad experience. I am a very busy veterinarian, but can be reached on my cell at 207-620-0493. Perhaps another time you may reconsider staying again as it is a great location and your complaints have been addressed.
