Walk to the beach without leaving the resort, or relax on your private ocean-view balcony.. This updated 5th floor condo, offers one private bedroom with a new queen size memory foam bed, dresser and tv, a cozy living room with a new queen sofa-bed and new twin loveseat pullout, both with memory foam mattresses, chair and flat screen TV, kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator, a dinette, and a full bathroom. Internet access within the resort, cable HD TV, a dvd console is provided for your entertainment. Have fun in the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river,gift shop, spa, and computer kiosks. Enjoy dining on-site at the Eli's restaurant which is a breakfast buffet, Oceanside 74th, or Seagull's (seasonal) for frozen drinks and casual dining.. On the corner we have River City Cafe for amazing burgers and Starbucks next door. Mia's Pizza and Wings offers sandwiches, wings, and some of the best pizza in town and room delivery as well! There is a convenience store and vending machines for snacks and drinks for the beach.

Indoor amenities are available year round. Don't miss it!

Enjoyed the stay . Except had to. Replace fire alarm battery to get it to stop beeping. And could have used more towels . But other than that it was a nice convenient little place

Regarding the issues you had with the resort, there has recently been a total change in management and ownership of the resort and we have already seen many positive changes happening and many more coming. We are excited to see this and hopefully this will eliminate any feeling of "run-down" facilities.
