Description

The cottage is located in 3 acres of grounds of a magnificent bastide overlooking the impressive Mt Ste Victoire and Aix en Provence. It is accessed via security gates and there is plenty of parking space. The kitchen is equipped with fridge , microwave/oven, a hob and a sink, table wear and cooking utensils are provided. There is a sofa and a TV & stereo for your entertainment. The kitchen leads out onto the garden and outside seating area where you may like to relax and enjoy the local rosé!. A wooden staircase leads upstairs where there is a shower room with a shower , baisin, and toilet. There is a single bedroom decorated in a typically provencal toile de jouy & a tastefully decorated bedroom with 2 single beds ( or 1 king). Fresh towels & linen are provided. In the grounds there is a large salt water swimming pool with deck chairs. Our property is beautifully located within walking distance of Aix yet in a private & peaceful setting with very good access to the motorway to further explore the Luberon to the north and Marseille and cassis and the coastline in the south.

Guided tours, French lessons, tennis lessons breakfast and dinner can be arranged . We will do everything to ensure that our guests are comfortable and made to feel at home.

How do damage deposits work?
