Luxury Caribbean Villa in Lower Bay, Bequia. Completed in 2011, Francyn Villa's elevated location provides a panoramic view of Lower bay. The Villa is just 100 meters from the waters edge and is surrounded by tropical fruit and other forest trees on a half acre plot. This superior location provides a tranquil and cool vantage point from which to enjoy Lower Bay and its surroundings. The Villa is just a few minutes walk from a numbers of restaurants and pubs. The location is therefore ideal for families and persons who may not want to rent a car. The following restaurants are all walking distance Keegan's Beach Resort, Fernando's Hideaway, De Reef Bar and Restaurant and Mango's

Francyn Villa has been architecturally designed with exceptional interior finishings. It features four air-conditioned bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. The living areas and the bedrooms open out onto the balcony.The Villa has kitchens on both levels.

Francyn Villa has sundecks complete with outdoor showers, recliners and large market umbrellas. Francyn Villa has definitely raised the bar for accomodation in the Lower Bay area.

Although the Villa is self service accomodation a customised menu can be offered to you for the duration of your stay on request.

You can get around by walking, taxi or renting a car.

Interaction with guest

We have a house manager on site who comes twice a week to do cleaning. If you want meals prepared that can be arranged directly with her as well as menu choices and even shopping. We can do laundry on site and the fees are inour guest manual. Bequia is a small island and the house manager knows literally everyone and can point you in the right direction for island tours as well as fishing trips or charters. The owner is normally off island when the property is rented but he can be for any advice both during or before your visit. Most of our guests are annual repeaters so we are sure you will enjoy your trip.

I am sure that if you had raised the issue of your bedsheets with the housekeeping staff they would have addressed as we do have a large stock of linen. The additional room is not rented as a standalone apartment, it is offered to guests who have rented the two bedroom room apartment on the upper level or the single bedroom apartment on the lower Level, and require an additional bedroom. If a guest requires kitchen facilities and TV on the both levels they can of course rent the upper and lower level apartments together. Bequia and its beaches are generally very tranquil the one exception is the Easter weekend when many locals flock to the beaches. This includes ferry excursions ( normally a younger crowd!) from the mainland. Look forward to welcoming you to our Villa in the future! Regards Jerome

Response from the owner Thank you stuart for your comments. We did check in with Stuart during his stay and added reading lamps. The upper level apartment does house a maximum of two couples so cutlery for four place settings is provided. Additional items are available on request from our house manager if necessary. We do expect to be adding some additonal items to the house later this year and that would include a Sony mini hifi shelf system. We have a detailed inventory of all items in each apartment available on our web site and we welcome any enquiries.
