Lime Cottage sits beside the pool in lush tropical gardens with amazing views over the islands and ocean

Lime House is unique in that it offers a range of accommodation, catering to family groups who prefer having separate accommodation yet on the same property. Lime House consists of three separate units, Lime Cottage sleeps 4, Lime Studio sleeps 2 and Lime Apartment sleeps 2. The units can be rented individually or as a whole.

All the cottages are surrounded by lush, flower filled tropical gardens and just steps away from the properties facilities, which include a salt water pool, sun loungers and well equipped BBQ area. Perfect for enjoying sunny days and casual dining on starlit evenings in your own piece of paradise.

The two bed-roomed cottage is perfect for families and overlooks the pool and the BBQ area. The one bedroom open plan studio, often referred to as 'The Honeymoon Suite' offers complete privacy with stunning views from its wrap around deck. Perfect for watching the sun rise in all its glory and to enjoy romantic moonlit evenings. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josephine (the owner) a message.

If Josephine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
