Excellent apartment / guest reviews are all excellent - people return more than once to this apartment.

Well situated, furnished and equipped to excellent standard, two bedroom apartment comprising lounge/dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet (bath with shower), extra shower room with toilet, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, utility.

Furniture excellent quality.

NEW: English (also available in several other languages) TV including Sky Sports, free movies.

FREE PRIVATE WI FI internet access with TV with all sky sports, free movies, radio.

There is Easy access to the property by lift or by stairs from the underground car park or from the main front door. Property on floor 4 (penthouse above). The property is secure with video camera phone and door release. There is a dedicated parking space in the underground car park with lift access directly from the car park. Parking is also possible outside on the street.

The apartment windows overlooks well kept gardens. The pool is to the side of the block. The pool is private and is shared by the other 2 blocks. The pool area is kept locked and is not open to the public. There is a key provided to gain access to the pool area. The owner is happy for you to use their garden chairs. The property has sea view from bedroom, lounge and balcony.

Bicycle hire shop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beaches are blue flag, extremely well looked after. Superb sandy beaches and marina are within walking distance (0.6 miles).

Shopping for food couldn't be easier with Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets 3 minute walk. For eating out the apartment is close to the marina, one of the favourite spots for lunch - you can dine alfresco and take your pick of a huge range of local and international restaurants. You'll find excellent quality food - you can each your meal with a superb view of the harbour. The alternative is to stroll down to the main Old Estepona Town where there are many restaurants to chose from.

There are many amenities within walking distance from the apartment. If you like to visit the bullring and museum it is just 5 minutes walk.The Old Spanish square and town is a short walk - also an ideal place for an evening meal.

The Old Spanish Town is unspoiled and traditionally Spanish. Beautiful quaint streets to wander around. The Town has interesting historic walk - try going to look at the Church in the centre of the Town. The Town is well kept and very pretty.

Estepona is a popular golfing area with a choice of golf clubs.

Visit Selwo Adventure. See tigers in the wild.

This apartment is Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The Superb blue flag Estepona La Rada beach is a walk of 0.6 miles.

The popular sandy Cristo cove (beautiful blue flag beach) is a 3 minute drive. The cove has shallow water and is an ideal beach for children.

The Port / Marina is 10 minute stroll away - an ideal place for your evening meal.

Water sports are in the area. Boat excursions / fishing trips sail from the marina.

The apartment is secure with private video telephone access /intercom.

There is a safe for you to use to put the valuables.

Getting around

The bus service runs along the coast from Malaga Airport through Marbella. Once you arrive you do not need a car . La Rada beach is 10 minute walk, as is The Port or the Old Town. Lidl is 3 minutes from the apartment to stock up on food.

Interaction with guest

We have a lady who manages the apartment. She will arrange to meet and greet you at the apartment. She will show you around and hand you the keys. She is local and available for emergency. A guest information book is in the apartment giving detail of local emergency telephone numbers, information on use of equipment (washing machine / dishwasher etc).
