Description
Gramta House is a newly built traditional villa located in the heart of 'The Red City' Marrakesh, close to all amenities and the most famous landmarks. The villa is full of rich traditional character including handcrafted ceilings and large common areas leading out to a pool and water fountain giving a mediterranean feel of space, serenity and freshness. There are balconies giving panoramic views of the surrounding olive groves. The villa has 7 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, telephone and television with a range of satellite channels and music. There are five lounges, swimming pool, internet access and a fully equipped kitchen for the use of the guests.
Sleeping:
Comprise of 7 bedrooms in total, 6 double bed rooms, 1 twin room. The villa has one bath, 3 powered showers and 5 toilets. All room have modern air conditioning. This gives room for up to 15 people.
General:
Office / Business centre with Computer and Internet access.
Kitchen with cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware, etc.
Entertainment:
Each room has Television – Satellite, DVD, Music, etc.

“Absolutely terrible”
The architecture of the Villa is very nice... and that is all. We arrived at Gramtahouse (this is the name of the Villa) and nobody was waiting for us (the person was "gone for some shopping"… More
Response from the owner I'am 100% sure it must have been another villa she is talking about, since we did ask for proof of stay and this was not provided. The villa was already booked by two groups of 10 Guest between 5th Dec - 1st Jan Our villa is fully staffed and they all speak France & English.

We have request proof of their stay, however they have not been able to produce this, nor have they been able to forward any evidence to back up there statement. There has not been any change of management at all and the staff are the same and have been working here since the beginning. This review is completely false and incorrect. We are a accredited 5 Start villa which has monthly inspection of the highest standard. This is common from time to time you do get competitors, or otherwise people writing review which in this case has been done so bad that it's so had to believe. " Staff sat around all day watching TV " & "could not speak French or English " How can this be possible !... I don't think so.............. They should learn to write reviews that are a little believable !... OK so I rest my case." Oh and we did ask for proof of Photo's still have not seen any !....were are these pictures that were going to be attached !....
