We look forward to welcoming you-Just 10 minutes from Adelaide's city centre, this breathtaking self-contained seafront three storey beach house of 300 square metres, has a 4.5 Star Rating with Star Ratings Australia and is accredited with Australia's official tourism body -ATAP. .
We are this years' 2018 South Australia's Tourism Awards silver medallist in the deluxe accommodation category and this is our 4th consecutive year of awards in the SA tourism awards
This beach house comfortably houses twelve people and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 12 people stay. Please note the base rate is our "From rate" which is low season from May 8 to August 31, outside of Australian school Holidays and long weekends.
With luxurious appointments including spa bath, enjoy a bottle of Barossa valley sparkling wine and chocolates . Relish the stunning sunsets from each of the three levels and swim at one of South Australia's most beautiful white, sandy, safe beaches. Watch the dolphins and pelicans go by, or enjoy jetty and beach fishing and crabbing.
There are three -four bedrooms and study or fifth bedroom, three bathrooms, two separate living areas each with large screen LCD TVs. Choose from over 100 Foxtel Digital channels including in-house movies and sports, and Netflix, or relax with our books, magazines and indoor games. On the beach have fun with our complimentary outdoor games, crab net, beach umbrella and lounges.
The master bedroom has a contemporary king size 4 poster bed, spa and balcony, with spectacular views and LCD TV. This stylish home includes European stove and gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, and IPod dock. There is reverse-cycle heating and cooling, intercom security, remote control garaging , private central courtyard with sea views, rear enclosed palm garden and stunning roof terrace .
Fully equipped with linen supplied, free Wi-Fi internet access & midstay cleans .
There is a lightweight courtyard table of the same dimensions as the dining table. These are easily joined enabling seating for 12 people. Please view the floor plan to see how close the courtyard and dining area are.
The bedding configuration to house up to 12 people is as follows: The master suite contains one king size 4 poster bed. Two bedrooms contain queen size beds, one of which is a new 4 poster bed. The study contains a single bed. A Queen bed or 3 Hyatt quality single beds can be placed in the ground floor second living area, without removing any of the furniture or entertainment unit in this room. It is adjacent to the third bathroom, has storage space and overlooks the private palm garden, making it an ideal bedroom if required. Should a single bed be required in the master suite or queen size bedrooms, this may also be arranged. Two portacots are available. The single beds fold away, have wooden slats or strong spring sling bases and all have innerspring mattresses, for your comfort.

A number of cocktail bars offer the finest cocktails whilst you watch the sun set. Dance the night away or enjoy comedy nights at the Sandbar .
For fine dining at the beach house, a meal may be ordered from a range of international restaurants throughout Adelaide that will deliver to your door. Choose from seafood, Italian, Asian and more. There is also in house catering with renowned Master Chef winner, Callum Hahn, from Sprout Catering

All nearby, including the Clipsal 500 and Tour Down Under, Adelaide Fringe and Festival of Arts, Tandanya, Penfolds Grange Winery, Adelaide Casino, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Convention Centre for our executive clientele, Adelaide Zoo to interact with Koalas, Kangaroos and Giant Pandas- all within 10-30 minute by car or bus .
With the Adelaide city centre, Adelaide Oval and the new Riverbank precinct, International golf courses, Adelaide Airport approximately a ten minute drive away and SA wineries and wildlife , including koalas, kangaroos & whales (whales from May to September) within 1 hour, this is the perfect gateway to Adelaide and South Australia's experiences & delights.
There's so much on during August to October, with school holiday fun at the Adelaide Zoo, kayaking with dolphins, Adelaide Festival shows, exhibition at the ART gallery, school fun at the SA Museum, SALA Art festival.
It's also whale watching season and strawberry picking season and there's AFL at the Adelaide Oval. The footy express offers free transport to Adelaide Oval and the bus stop (stop 26) is just behind the beach house on Seaview Rd.
