The beach at INASIA is one of the finest on the island: soft white sand, good swimming conditions, outstanding views of the famous Five Islands, the Ang Thong Marine Park and across to the mainland, and it's perfectly positioned for Samui's legendary sunset scenes.

The large terrace with its outdoor bar is the perfect venue for an enjoyable evening with friends and family. The two infinity swimming pools allow everyone to enjoy either some fun and games or a quiet meditative swim.

With 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms the villa may accommodate up to sixteen adults, plus two children. Each of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The three master bedrooms feature satellite TVs, luxurious bathrobes and a variety of other perks.

The BEACH:

Feel the sand between your toes!

Located directly on Lipa Noi beach, you will enjoy one of the finest beach on the island with soft white sand, as well as excellent year-round swimming, snorkelling and sea kayaking conditions.

Low-tide days open the beach and reef up to other activities such as beach volleyball or exploring the rock pools and collecting shells, a safe and exciting activity for children.

The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organize activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa

Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa

Bed linen is changed every fourth day, while towels are changed as necessary

Pool towels are provided and replenished as required

Meals :

Rate of the villa includes the service of a Thai Chef who will prepare all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A menu card is at client’s disposal who decide directly with the villa manager according to taste & wishes. Every day the Chef goes to the market.

Shopping Service is charged 20% (+ 7% VAT) of food cost or minimum 350 Baht (+7% VAT) per meal. Villa manager keeps all purchases’ tickets on her side and present them for settlement.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gerard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
