Description

Beautiful and comfortable small apartment in the city center (Piazza Vittorio Veneto) and very near to the Po river. Italian-style furnished, third floor with elevator. One bedroom with double bed (possible to divide in two single beds), living room with kitchen, sofa-bed (1,5 place) and fireplace, full bathroom, independent heating. Equipped with pots and pans, microwaves, fridge, TV with DVD player, coffee machine, washing machine and clothesline, ironing set, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, internet wi-fi. On request: telephone, baby equipment (cot, baby carriage, high chair). Small gracious balcony on a very commercial street, where you will find all goods and services within five minutes walk: in the same block you have supermarket, restaurant, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, confectionery, pizzeria, wine shop, pharmacy, pubs, bars, up to hairdresser, art gallery, optician's shop and jewellery.

Max 4 people + 1 baby, small pets allowed. Smokers allowed. All utilities, internet, bed linen and towels, and cleaning fee included in the price. Open all year round, but only for short terms (from 1 night up to 1 month). Prices from 55 to 120 euros/night, depending on period and number of nights requested. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
