“Beautiful House Seaside”

Reviewed 31 Mar 2014

My boyfriend and I stayed in House Seaside for 7 days and it was beautiful. It was so relaxing, especially waking up with the sound of the waves, smell sea breeze, drinking coffee on the patio and enjoying the stunning view. And of course, apartment is really comfortable and nice so we spend more timein apartment than we were planning. Also, we really liked walking through the beach and chill :) A rent a car is a must. Wolfgang was very helpful in everything, thank you.

“I love the villas”

Reviewed 19 Nov 2013

I have been to Barbados quite a few times and saw a no.of nice places on the island, but wish to say that Barbados without Inchcape would not be the same. The Inchcape Seaside Villas are so different from all the other accommodations and they are at such a high quality level. We followed the advice given in Inchcape's in house brochure this time and had dinner at such high end restaurant as The Cliff and also at the local rum shop Chicken Reta's close to the villas and both were excellent in their own category. To have the Oistins fish market close by and the best supermarket on the island, Big B, just a few minutes drive away is very convenient. The owners also sent us to "Surfer's Bay, "Café Luna" and "Tapas" and all delivered up to our expectations. The beach at the villas is a dream come true, the sand is white, the water clear, turquoise and all shades of blue. I love all about the Inchcape Seaside Villas and will surely be back as soon as possible.

“Excellent as usual”

We spent another wedding anniversary at the Inchcape Seaside Villas. We had stayed here before and know that all apartments at Inchcape are very special. This time we stayed in House Courtyard and loved it. Booking an apartment at Inchcape means you can rely on staying in a lovely accommodation, no matter which one you choose. And you really can rely on their organization, from organizing the airport pick up, having a rental car delivered to your house short after your arrival to the owners and managers recommendations for restaurants, where to go and what to see, all the Inchcape people do is absolutely top class and reliable. Thanks you for another wonderful experience at the Inchcape Villas.

“Urlaub im Paradies”

Traumhaft schöne, ruhige Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand. Die anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll und wunderbar gepflegt. Wir wohnten im Seaside appartement und waren begeistert. Die ausstattung ist perfekt und hat alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen individuellen Urlaub vorstellt. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und träumen vom nächsten Urlaub im Inchcape Villas.

“The most fabulous place to stay”

I have stayed at many beautiful resorts in tropical paradises, but the Inchcape Seaside Villas, I have to say, are a very special property and what we experienced was beyond all expectations. The accommodations are of excellent quality and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly. The beach is one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the island. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the Oistins fishmarket, restaurants and supermarkets. We scored max. points choosing this property for our stay.

“Beautiful property on paradise beach”

I know the Inchcape Seaside Villas ever since and I am amazed over and over again how the owners not only maintain the standard, but even manage to improve. The Inchcape Seaside Villas exceeded all expectations by far. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The houses and apartments bring over a "home away from home" feeling. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And Inchcape's white sand beach, which is like a private beach to the Inchcape residents, with the amazing water colors, make it one of the most desirable beaches to be on in Barbados. I love the location, close to everything and still in pure nature. I love this resort and will come back.

“A Dream Vacation!”

“Couldn't have asked for more”

All expectations were exceeded at Inchcape. A fantastic stay and base to explore Barbados. Bright, white, breezy rooms, amazing beach access, green grass, flexible room layouts, kitchen, privacy, hammocks, iPod dock, movies, fast wifi... More? Well, Wolfgang and Rosie are hosts I would now count as friends. They are a wealth of island knowledge, with brilliant suggestions and unbiased recommendations that catered to my every need. This review is but the first (overdue) step to repaying the gratitude overwhelming me and which I hope some day to repay. Thanks, Campbell

“Gorgeous historic property, modern amenities, world-class windsu”

Reviewed 16 May 2012

These Villas are beautiful, unique apartments renovated from historic plantation buildings. The location is breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and set in lovely tropical gardens. One of the many charms of these villas is that each is uniquely configured, and most have their own private outdoor areas including gorgeous garden areas and decks with great ocean views. I stayed at Inchcape for three weeks, and had the opportunity to stay in several different units, and each had unique and special features. Complementing the fascinating historic context and creative interior architecture, the apartments are equipped with all the modern comforts and conveniences including full-sized kitchen appliances, high-speed internet (which always worked!), and TV and sound system. In addition to the apartments' private outdoor areas, Inchcape also has an extensive beautifully landscaped garden, with a long frontage overlooking the ocean. The whole area is extremely private (gated and fenced). The location is perfect for windsurfers / kitesurfers with their own gear, or for anybody wanting to rent equipment (rental available 5-minute walk along the beach). As a solo traveler without a rental car, I found this location perfect - the apartments were quiet, relaxed, safe, and extremely comfortable; windsurfing gear was a short walk away; and groceries, fresh fish at the fish market, and produce at locally-run stands were all an easy bus ride away (you don't need a rental car or taxi; the bus stop is 5 minutes walk up the hill). The self-catering / full kitchen aspect was a big advantage over a hotel, since eating out seemed quite expensive, but fresh fish at the market was excellent value. The maid service was extremely competent and professional. This is a superbly-run establishment were the staff are proud to work. The owners, Rosi and Wolfgang Lange, are wonderfully welcoming and helpful; they live on-site in their own villa and are always available to help out with local knowledge.

““Fabulous Resort, great service””

I can only say that we were glad that we decided to stay at Inchcape. Everything was perfect from the moment of arrival to the airport drop Wolfgang, the manager of the property, had organized for us.?? There are local fishermen who supply you with lobster from the reef right outside of Inchcape. The beach has sand as white as white can be and the sea water is nice to swim in. ? The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in and most days, we just slept in and woke up later than normal as the bed was so very comfortable.??It is truly a very nice resort to splurge on and make your trip to Barbados special.
