I am ready to welcome you in my apartment, which was my first work as an architect. I designed it with special dedication & care, and hope you'll love it as much as I do.

_Short description___
Smart and simple, the apartment is unusually spacious for a one bedroom property, and has been decorated in a contemporary fashion.
It is on the fourth floor of a vintage building that has been totally renovated with a lift.
The whole apartment has a beautiful floor of solid wood and original walls made of brick and stone. The high beam ceilings add to the wonderful old-world style with all the modern confort.
With the large bed (1'60m x 2'00m) and the comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room, the apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 adults. I can also provide you with a cot if you are travelling with your baby.
The large open-plan is spacious and bright, with 2 balconies and 2 large windows that flood the space with light for much of the day.

Free high speed WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, double glazing, fans, flat screen TV, DVD player, hair dryer...
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all of the cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal in whenever desired.

Just outside the old city centre (one block away from the Old Town), in a classic, traditional and safe enviroment.
Supermarket, pharmacy, atm, restaurants .. All you need is within walking distance.
Close to all amenities, the apartment is home to all of the central sights and most of the city's attractions.
Getting around:
5 minutes walk to 3 different tube stations: Xátiva, Angel Guimerá, and Plaza de España.
Direct acces from the airport by metro (20 minutes - 3'90€ per person), and short walk to the main train station Valencia-Nord.

_Other things to note___
- Bedding, towels and kitchenware are all of course provided.
- A highchair and a travel cot are available (upon request and with no extra cost) for children under the age of 4, but bedding for the cot is not provided.
- Free parking is possible in the streets nearby.
A private parking place is available for 9€/day but you need to ask for availability.
- Smoking is allowed on the balconies: there are 3 of them.
