Newer Two Bedroom, Two bath Condo in a gated community near Playa Coco and Playa Ocotal (1/2 mile from Coco and Playa del Coco and 3/4 mile from Playa Ocotal). Beautiful grounds with gardens, rancheros, an above ground pool and serenity. This condo is fully equipped with full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, two full bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Add in Cable, wireless internet and full laundry and you have all your needs met in this tropical paradise.

Serena Suites is a new development with 36 units. Popular beaches in the area include Playas Ocotal, Coco, Hermosa and Panama. Playa Coco is in the heart of the quaint town, Coco, and this beach town is well known for its entertainment and night life. The full spectrum of dining is also available, from great pizza and take out chicken, to very fine dining. Playa Ocotal is known for its gorgeous sunsets, snorkeling and kayaking. The Coco area has great diving, fishing and surfing trips available. Close by are some of Costa Rica's great treasures, including Arenal, Monteverde, Santa Rosa, Palo Verde and Rincon De La Vieja. Interested in zip lining or parasailing? This is your place. Your condo at Serena Suites is the perfect place to relax after your full day of experiencing all Costa Rica has to offer.

This Condo has it's own private patio overlooking the beautifully manicured grounds. The gardens are filled with palms, birds of paradise, ginger, and banana trees that attract beautiful birds and butterflies that call Costa Rica home. We have an on site property manager that can arrange excursions, car rentals, grocery shopping or just provide general advice of what you can do.

Our kids call our Costa Rica vacation "their best vacation ever". This is a great spot for families, couples or retirees.

The brand new Liberia airport is just a short 20 drive.

How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
