ALOHA and Mahalo nui loa for checking out Naupaka Beach House (WHITE HOUSE) at Owen's Retreat located on the North Shore of Oahu. This is a beachfront house with beach access from the property. Walk on Mokulēi'a Beach for miles or swim, snorkel, kitesurf or play right in front of the property and fulfill your beach vacation dreams by enjoying the honu(green sea turtle) swimming or basking in the sun.

This pristine coastline has changed very little in 60 years so chances are you will have the pleasure to see many native plants and animals while on vacation! Our coastline is alive with Laysan Albatross, Hawaiian Monk Seals, Honus (Hawaiian green sea turtles), Humpback whales that migrate(November through May) every year from the North Pacific near Alaska, reef fish & more!

We have been licensed as a vacation rental since the late 1950s in the State of Hawaii.

Majority of our guests arrive by car, a few have caught the city bus & walked 5 miles to reach us. We provide you 1 parking stall on our property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Deedee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
