You will feel as though you have entered a wonderful serene country estate when you arrive at our impressive Family home as it offers you the unique opportunity to be so close to all the parks with the ability to escape to a quiet and peaceful setting.
This spacious and welcoming home is elegantly furnished with exceptional quality furnishings.
The ground floor is open plan with two large lounge areas, perfect for family holidays as it includes a flat screen TV and a further area to enjoy a little quiet time away to enjoy a good book or plan your next day’s events.
The 2nd lounge area also benefits from a wall mounted flat screen TV which Ideal as different members of the party are likely to have different wishes at some point in the holiday.
The high End fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need during your holiday and includes a breakfast bar plus a breakfast nook for a quick snack and another separate Dining area for more formal family meals.

The Games Room is a converted garage with its carpeted floor and painted walls and will be a favourite with all guests as it includes A Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Football. There is also a wall mounted TV together with seating area making it a great place to unwind after a day out in the parks or even for a family night in.
The well-appointed bedrooms are both luxurious and comfortable with flat screen TVs, offering the perfect oasis at the end of a busy day.
There are 2 Master Suites one King and one Queen, one of which occupies the whole side of the house with a great walk in wardrobe and a lovely large bath.
There are a further 2 luxury Twin Bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The Outside of the home enjoys an extended South Facing pool deck with a large pool and spa which is not overlooked, offering plenty of space to soak up the Florida sunshine. This is the perfect place to relax whilst reading a book, watch the children splash in the pool, early morning dips or even a delightful Al Fresco meal that can be enjoyed in the covered Lanai area.

“Great Vacation home!”
We are pretty picky at where we stay and this home was a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous pool and hot tub and a bonus game room. Our kids loved the pool and how close it was to Disney, Sea World, and only 45 min from Lego Land. Great set up for entertaining! My sister rented a home in the same sub so at one point for brunch we had 11 people and plenty of seating indoors and out for everyone. Great first family vacation, would use Orlando Holiday homes again. I had my deposit back within 5 days, impressive! Only one complaint is that the alarm system is in the utility room. We got in after a long day of traveling and it was very dark. We read that the alarm was in the utility room but since we'd never been in the home, we didn't know where that was. You have 45 seconds to find it and we were not able to do so in time. The police came and we had to prove we had the code to get in. They were pleasant and we didn't have any problem but would make more sense to have the alarm near the front door. That would be my only criticism. Nice furnishings, clean, and great location!
“One of the best villas yet”
Been going to USa at least twice a year for over 20 years now and the last 15 been staying in villas, condos, houses all over the USa and I have to put this villa in my top 5 Now the important things first: cleanliness - villa was spotless and location wise excellent. All bedrooms were comfortable and the games room had everything needed. The pool was probably the best private pool I have ever had. It was great and with the pool heating I didn't want to get out it sometimes! Would and will be returning here in the future and usually don't go to same rental again. The rental company were also good with no problems, just what your holiday needs. The only fault I could say is in the kitchen and think this is more us scots needing a good cup of tea, an electric kettle would be a good addition! Also more towels would be a good addition. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to any future guests.

The condo was a great place to relax after long days at the parks. The pool was warm, private and beautiful. The game room kept the boys happy as well as the pool. There were places to sit and read and tv's in every room. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. Every thing was clean and in good working order.
“Great vacation home”
We spent a week at this home in early Jun. The house is very nice, and as pictured. The pool was great for the children and the house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. The only problem we had was not knowing about alarm which we set off upon entry. Got a chance to meet one of Kissimmmee's law enforcement officers but even he was very pleasant. Have Fun!!!
“Nice villa, good location”
Nice villa, good location with plenty of amenities close by (supermarkets, resturants etc Pool area very nice south facing. Quiet location with country park within walking distance. Villa instructions need to be more explicite about the house being keyless entry and that the code needs to be entered on the door (not the key box on the wall - all other villas have this entry system so this is very confusing). Information book indicates incorrect refuse collection days and needs amending.
“Very large villa finished to a great standard”
I had looked at the pictures many time before arriving at this villa but I was still surprised at how large it was. The whole of the downstairs (except the toilet and utility room) is open plan. Two living areas, one formal dining area and a kitchen with a table and chairs and breakfast bar. If you count all the seating possibilities on the ground floor I think I got to 26, Sofas, Chairs, Bar stools, Dining table, Kitchen table and four more stools hidden under the coffee table for good luck. The stairs and landing are huge leading up to four bedrooms and 2 are en suite. The master bedroom is one whole side of the house with a walk in wardrobe and four piece bathroom. The pool was great and we spent many hours after Disney (20 mins in a car) relaxing and playing. July was very warm 95 to 100 degrees and the air conditioning in the house was essential and very pleasant. The neighbours and wildlife were very quiet (I've previously stayed in a Florida villa close to a lake and the toads make a lot of noise in mating season). The only noise to mention is aircraft as the villa is reasonably close to Kissimmee airport, so you do hear small aircraft when out in the pool. The area appeared very safe and after 7pm and weekends the community can only be accessed if you have the gate codes. The villa is a great standard, flat screen TVs and high quality furnishings. The games room was fun (although not fully air conditioned so a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house). Utility room was handy too. If I had one complaint, it was that the master bedroom en suite only had one sink (it's got enough counter space for four). Great property, I would not hesitate to go back in the future.
his was our first time to rent a house and was a little nervous. After this week I would stay at any of there properties. House was very updated and very clean. For a family of 7 we could not ask for a better place to stay. We all wished we owned a house like this. Staff in Orlando Called and let us know that if we need anything do not hesitate to call. “Great location, fabulous property, a real home from home”
Great service from management company from the outset, very helpful in trying to accommodate our dates. Veranda palms is in a great location, only a short distance to us192 with easy access to all the Disney parks and international drive and a good choice of supermarkets and restaurants very nearby. The rental home was amazing with a high standard of furnishings, and was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The kids had a fabulous time playing in the games rooms and we could not get them out of the pool on our rest days at home. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!
Great modern home with lots of space. Master suite is great with a huge walk in wardrobe/closet and a nice big bath. The shower is larger than I have ever seen! Fun carpeted games room and great pool/spa area with lots of space and lots of sun loungers. Gets the sun all day long. Great location for both Disney, Sea World and Universal. Also loads of restaurants 2 minutes away on the 192. Service from management company was great from start to finish. Highly recommended.
