Bathrooms: All bathrooms have bath/shower, toilet and vanity units including en-suite to master bedrooms also access to pool in queen bedroom. Hair dryers in both master bedrooms.

Kitchen: Luxury fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, all pots pans utensils etc tea towels, dish cloths etc.

Living Rooms: Open plan lounge, dining and breakfast area. 2 sofas (1 queen sofa bed ), coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, TV cabinet, DVD, Playstation 2, stereo, breakfast table with 4 chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and phone with free local calls.

Other: Garage with washer and dryer. Games room in the garage with 8 foot pool table. Darts board. Multi gamestable, boardgames. Bikes.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service: All towels and linen are included in the price and is cleaned prior to your arrival.

Notes on accommodation

We have a removable safety fence around the pool. Cot, highchair and 2 strollers for your use. Hairdryers in master suite bedrooms. Disney themed rooms for the little ones with toy box and pool toys.

Large extended decking with large pool/spa for maximum exposure to the sun (heat available, if required. Recommended October–April) with lighting and spa. 2 loungers, 8 patio set and pool toys (not suitable for safety use). BBQ available for rent from our management company with gas. We have patio dining set.

“Family friendly, plenty of room, great location”

We stayed here for our very first trip to Disney World with our three teenaged daughters and our young grade-school daughter. We loved the home; it had everything we needed, plenty of space. The three bathrooms were especially handy with all the teenaged girls trying to get ready at the same time. The house was clean and conveinent to shopping. Disney was 10 minutes away. It was great having the pool after hot days in the park. The washer and dryer was also a plus. While I was doing laundry, I'd shoot a game of pool! The owners were wonderful. Kept in touch with us regularly and promptly returned our security depost within a week of our departure. My only suggestion would be of have trashbag liners and some cleaning supplies on hand for each guest and a larger coffee maker. The one we had only made two cups of coffee at a time. Other than that, we didn't need a thing. I would definitely recommend this home for a Disney vacation.
